Timbre "Jeux olympiques Paris 2024" sur lettre de Macédoine du Nord
Le 4 juin 2024, la poste de Macédoine du Nord a mis en circulation un timbre unique consacré aux jeux olympiques de Paris 2024 (33ème olympiade) organisés du 26 juillet au 11 août 2024.
Conçu par L. Kufalo, ce timbre (100 MKD, tirage : 6000) a été utilisé sur
la lettre ci-dessous envoyée en recommandé le 29 juin 2024 depuis Ǵorče
Petrov, une des 10 communes spéciales qui constituent la ville de
Skopje, la
capitale.
Ce timbre comporte le logo officiel de ces jeux de Paris 2024 (réunion de trois symboles : une médaille d'or, une flamme, Marianne) au centre, avec une partie de la structure métallique de la Tour Eiffel dans le fond.
A noter que la poste macédonienne a émis des timbres à l'occasion de
toutes les éditions des jeux olympiques d'été auxquelles les athlètes du
pays ont participé : 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020 et 2024.
On June 4, 2024, the Post of North Macedonia put into circulation a unique stamp dedicated to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games (33rd Olympiad) held from July 26 to August 11, 2024.
Designed by L. Kufalo, this stamp (100 MKD, print run: 6,000) was used on the cover below sent by registered mail on June 29, 2024 from Ǵorče Petrov, one of the 10 special municipalities that make up the city of Skopje, the capital.
This stamp features the official logo of these Paris 2024 games (a combination of three symbols: a gold medal, a flame, Marianne) in the center, with part of the metal structure of the Eiffel Tower in the background.
It is worth noting that the Macedonian Post has issued stamps for all the editions of the Summer Olympic Games in which the country's athletes participated: 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020 and 2024.
A Paris, la délégation macédonienne était composée de 6 athlètes (4 hommes, 2 femmes) engagés dans 6 sports différents (athlétisme, judo, natation, taekwondo, tir et lutte libre), sans remporter de médaille.
Depuis 1996, la Macédoine du Nord a remporté 2 médailles olympiques, en bronze en 2000 (lutte libre) et en argent en 2020 (taekwondo).
Les 4 autres timbres identiques (20 MKD, tirage : 6000) ci-dessus font partie d'une série (4 timbre) émise le 28 novembre 2019, consacrée à différentes fleurs sauvages, des fleurs de coucou ou primevère officinale (Primula veris) ici.
In Paris, the Macedonian delegation consisted of 6 athletes (4 men, 2 women) engaged in 6 different sports (athletics, judo, swimming, taekwondo, shooting and freestyle wrestling), without winning a medal.
Since 1996, North Macedonia has won two Olympic medals, bronze in 2000 (freestyle wrestling) and silver in 2020 (taekwondo).
The four other identical stamps (20 MKD, mintage: 6,000) above are part of a series (4 stamps) issued on November 28, 2019, dedicated to different wild flowers, common cowslip (Primula veris) here.
