Sous l'apparence d'un conte pour enfants, "Le Petit Prince" se veut un
conte poétique et philosophique avec une écriture simple et dépouillée
mettant l'accent sur le comportement absurde des adultes.
Lorsque le Petit Prince quitte son astéroïde B 612, il découvre sur
terre la solitude et l'absurdité de l'existence et raconte son histoire à
un aviateur qui, à la suite d'une panne de moteur, a dû se poser en
catastrophe dans le désert du Sahara...

Under the semblance of a children's
fairy tale, "The Little Prince" is intended as a poetic and
philosophical tale with a simple writing emphasizing the absurd behavior
of adults.
When the Little Prince leaves his
asteroid B-612, he discovers on Earth the loneliness and absurdity of
life and tells his story to an aviator who, following an engine failure,
had to crash-land in the Sahara Desert...
"If you please... draw me a sheep !", "It is only with the heart that one can see rightly. What is essential is invisible to the eye" are some of the sentences taken from this book, today being part of our collective imagination.

Thaïlande, Japon, Argentine, Bulgarie, Serbie ou France (1998, 2021).
Le 19 mai 2026, la poste française a mis en circulation une nouvelle série #NFTimbre8 (4 blocs-feuillets) à
l'occasion du 80ème anniversaire de la parution de la première édition française du Petit Prince, le livre le plus traduit au monde avec plus de 650 traductions officielles !
Ces blocs-feuillets numérotés (8€, conception : Agence Artpoint) sont émis sous forme
physique classique, avec un jumeau au format numérique pour faire
simple, vendu uniquement sur la plateforme NFTimbre.
Le bloc-feuillet ci-dessus fait partie d'un des 6000 packs mis en circulation (avec les 4 blocs-feuillets numérotés de 000001 à 006000). Cette lettre a été envoyée le 11 juin 2026 depuis Paris, avec TAD spécial "La nature à Paris" (fontaine Wallace) émis à l'occasion du salon ParisPhilex 2026.
Cette collection inédite réinterprète la poésie et la sensibilité du Petit Prince à travers une modélisation 3D contemporaine qui donne une nouvelle dimension à l'œuvre. The souvenir sheet above is part of a limited release of 6,000 packs (with the 4 souvenir sheets numbered 000001 through 006000). This cover was sent from Paris on June 11, 2026, with a special "Nature in Paris" (Wallace fountain) postmark issued duting the ParisPhilex 2026 stamp exhibition.
This exclusive collection reinterprets the poetry and sensitivity of *The Little Prince* through contemporary 3D modeling that gives the work a new dimension. Each souvenir sheet features hot stamping with a metallic blue effect highlighting the title "Le Petit Prince" as well as certain stars.
