New cover from Nagorno-Karabakh with a wrong stamp !

On September 2, 1996, the de facto Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh ("Artsakh" in Armenian) celebrated the 5th anniversary of its independence by issuing a series of three stamps and a souvenir sheet consisting of four stamps.
As a reminder, this territory, historically Armenian, was integrated to the Republic of Azerbaijan during the Soviet era before declaring its independence in 1991 after the breakup of the USSR.
An armed conflict followed between Azerbaijan and Armenia until 1992 causing many casualties. A cease-fire was reached on May 1994 but no permanent solution has been found so far...
This Republic, not recognized by the international community, is however issuing its own stamps including the mentions "Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh" and then "Republic of Mountainous Karabakh" (in Armenian and English).

The different stamps used on the letter above, sent on November 11, 2015 from Stepanakert, the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh, are part of this "5th Anniversary of Independence" set issued in 1996. Thank you very much Sergey !
The two stamps at the top (50 and 100 drams), with the national flag in the margins, are part of the series of 3 stamps and are respectively featuring the Monastery of Dadivank, built from the 9th century and deeply damaged during the war with Azerbaijan (restored in 2005) and the Parliament building in Stepanakert.
To note that this building is now the seat of the Presidency of the Republic, the National Assembly (33 members) having been transferred to a new building.
The third stamp, bottom left, is interesting because it is part of the souvenir sheet issued in a wrong version !

That stamp, depicting the coat of arms of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, a crowned white-headed eagle carrying the national flag and the monument "We Are Our Mountains" on its chest, was indeed issued in a first time in the souvenir sheet above.
However, the national flag, including diagonally, is featured in a wrong way !
This flag is derived from the flag of Armenia, with a white pattern added to the right (symbolizing the separation of Nagorno Karabakh from Armenia).

A second version of this souvenir sheet (above) has therefore been reissued with the flag in the right way this time, and therefore four different stamps !
Unfortunately I don't know the respective print runs of these two souvenir sheets, nor the exact date of issue of this second version above...
