"NOTOS 2015" special prepaid cover from Moldova

On the occasion of the International Philatelic Exhibition "NOTOS 2015" organized from 12 to 15 November 2015 in the Greek city of Peristeri (northwestern suburb of Athens), the Post of Moldova has released, on November 12, 2015, a special prepaid envelope.
Designed by Corina Levco, this envelope (print run : 5,000) includes a pre-printed round stamp (reminding a magnifying glass) at the domestic rate up to 20g (L 1.75) as well as an illustration showing several stamps issued in Moldova since 1992.
I was lucky enough to receive this envelope (thank you very much Nicolae !) with its associated FDC cancellation from Chișinău (MD-2012).
To note also this second special stamp-shaped postmark with a slogan stating Moldova's philatelists participation in this exhibition "NOTOS 2015".

The Republic of Moldova was part of the 20 countries of Southern Europe (+ Egypt) to benefit from privileged conditions to compete at this philatelic exhibition, with competitions having mainly for themes the European south ("notos" means "south" in Greek) and philatelic literature.
The list of these 21 countries (including France) is inscribed at the bottom left on this envelope.
To note the controversial statement (to the left) of the national association of stamp, maxicard and postcard collectors ("Asociaţia Filateliştilor, Maximafiliştilor şi Cartofiliştilor din Republica Moldova") while it exhibited a single book at this exhibition and only independent Moldovan philatelists participated in competitions (explaining why this second postmark above was issued).

In order to reach the applicable postal rate for a non-priority mail up to 20g sent to countries of Zone A (including France), i.e. L 9.50 currently, Nicolae added three other stamps on the back of this envelope above.
I've already mentioned on this blog the stamp used here, in particular this beautiful Bohemian waxwing (Bombycilla garrulus) on the L 5.75 stamp, being part of a series of 4 stamps + 1 souvenir sheet, issued on September 25, 2015, devoted to different species of birds from regions of Moldova.
The other two identical stamps (L 1.00) are part of the definitive series of 6 stamps, issued on March 7, 2015, dedicated to the coats of arms of cities of Moldova, the city of Ungheni here.
Finally, to note that the Greek Post has issued on November 4, 2015, a series of two stamps devoted to this international stamp exhibition "NOTOS 2015".
