Une nouvelle lettre EUROPA 2016 à ajouter à ma collection, cette fois en provenance de la principauté du Liechtenstein, envoyée de Vaduz le 31 mai 2016. Merci beaucoup Vural !
Comme beaucoup d'autres administrations postales européennes, la poste du Liechtenstein a choisi d'émettre 2 timbres EUROPA cette année (le 7 mars 2016) dont un reproduisant le dessin commun choisi par PostEurop pour célébrer cette année le 60ème anniversaire de l'émission des premiers timbres EUROPA, ayant pour thème l'écologie en Europe à travers le slogan "Think Green".
Pour rappel, c'est le projet de la poste chypriote (auteur : Doxia Sergidou) qui a été retenu concernant ce timbre commun, évoquant le rôle et la responsabilité de l'homme pour un avenir plus vert.

Such as many other European postal administrations, the Post of Liechtenstein decided to issue two EUROPA stamps this year (on March 7, 2016), including one reproducing the joint design chosen by PostEurop to celebrate this year the 60th anniversary of the issue of the first EUROPA stamps, devoted to the theme of "Ecology in Europe" through the slogan "Think Green".
As a reminder, it is the project of the Cyprus Post (author : Doxia Sergidou) which was chosen for this joint stamp, referring to the role and responsibility of man for a greener future.
Ce timbre "du gris au vert" (1,50 CHF), ci-dessus à gauche, a été imprimé en feuille de 20 timbres autocollants par Gutenberg AG à Schaan, la commune la plus peuplée du Liechtenstein.
Pour concevoir le 2ème timbre ci-dessus à droite (1,50 CHF), Philatelie Liechtenstein a organisé son propre concours concernant les apprentis graphistes et polygraphes vivant au Liechtenstein.
Aurora Corrado (habitant Balzers), avec son motif intitulé "Réorientation écologique" a été choisi, représentant la planète terre divisée en deux, une moitié avec de grands immeubles et des bâtiments industriels dans des couleurs ternes et l'autre moitié avec un paysage vert, des montagnes et un arc-en-ciel.
A noter que ce timbre, pouvant être utilisé dans les 2 sens, a été imprimé en feuillet de 16 timbres gommés (8 paires tête-bêche) avec marges illustrées, par Cartor Security Printing (France).
That stamp "From Gray to Green" (CHF 1.50), above to the left, was printed in sheet of 20 self-adhesive stamps by Gutenberg AG in Schaan, the largest municipality of Liechtenstein by population.
To design the 2nd stamp above to the right (CHF 1.50), Philatelie Liechtenstein organized its own competition among trainee graphic artists and polygraphers living in Liechtenstein.
Aurora Corrado (from Balzers), with her design "Rethinking Green", was chosen, featuring the planet Earth divided into two parts, a first one with high and industrial buildings in unfriendly colours and the other half showing a green landscape with mountains and a rainbow.
To note that this stamp, which can be affixed upside down, was printed in panes of 16 gummed stamps (8 pairs tête-bêche) with illustrated margins by Cartor Security Printing, France.
