Greenpeace's Rainbow Warrior in campaign in South Korea

After a campaign in Japan, 5 years after the Fukushima nuclear accident, the flagship vessel of the environmental protection NGOs Greenpeace, the Rainbow Warrior, was in South Korea in April 2016, in the port of Busan precisely.
The objective of this presence in the country was to protest against the commissioning of the Shin-Kori 3 reactor of the Kori Nuclear Power Plant, located not far from Busan.
A big thank you Ji-Ho for this postal stationery sent from Busan on April 22, 2016, testifying the presence of the Rainbow Warrior in this city !

This prepaid card (stamp depicting an Eurasian Bullfinch), issued by Korea Post on November 25, 2014, was the first permanent validity card (valid for domestic shipment up to 5g) ever issued in country's postal history.
The cachet on the left shows this flagship Rainbow Warrior III (commissioned in 2011) and reminds us that it sails under the flag of the Netherlands (with Amsterdam as home port) while the other round cachet, smaller, includes the registration of this vessel (IMO 9575383) and the mention "Chief mate".
The cook operating on this ship, Indian Babu Pallai, signed on the upper left part of this card, but I do not know what the handwritten reference "meir" (?) at the bottom is referring to...
