IOC and Winter Youth Olympic Games 2016 on cover from Monaco

Unless I'm mistaken, the Principality of Monaco is the only postal administration (with Norway, the host country) having issued this year (on February 3, 2016) a stamp dedicated to the 2nd edition of the Winter Youth Olympic Games, organized in Lillehammer from 12 to 21 February 2016.
As a reminder, these Youth Olympic Games or YOG, winter and summer versions, held every 4 years, aim to promote sport among young people but also to raise awareness of the Olympic values.
USA (with 16 medals, 10 gold) dominated this 2nd edition of the Youth Olympic Games, which involved about 1100 young athletes aged 14 to 18 from 71 countries, ahead of South Korea and Russia.

On this envelope specially edited by the OETP of Monaco during the last stamp exhibition "Paris-Philex", that stamp dedicated to these YOG 2016 (€ 1.25, print run : 50,000, design : David Maraskin) was used on the right, with a pictoral cancellation dated May 31, 2016 referring to the Formula 1 Grand Prix held in Monaco on May 29, 2016.
To note that this stamp does not include the logo of these Youth Olympic Games in Lillehammer, but only a Norwegian flag as well as the emblem of the Monegasque Olympic Committee.
Monaco was represented in Lillehammer by a single athlete, Paul Croesi (18 years), in alpine skiing (sports illustrated on that stamp with also bobsleigh and figure skating).
The other stamp above (€ 0.66, print run : 35,000, design : Creaphil), partially engraved, issued on December 1, 2014, is also devoted to the Olympic theme as it is featuring the logo of the 127th Session of the International Olympic Committee held on 8 and 9 December 2014 in Monaco.
