19th IALA Conference 2018 in Incheon - Prepaid cards from South Korea

19ème Conférence de l'IALA-AISM à Incheon - Cartes pré-timbrées de Corée du sud

Après La Corogne en 2014 (18ème Conférence), la 19ème Conférence de l'AISM (Association Internationale de Signalisation Maritime), IALA en anglais (International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities), sera organisée du 27 mai au 2 juin 2018 dans la ville coréenne d'Incheon (50 km à l'ouest de Séoul, sur la mer Jaune).
Le 12 février 2018, la poste coréenne a mis en circulation une carte pré-timbrée spéciale (300 won) consacrée à cette Conférence de l'IALA, avec un timbre pré-imprimé reproduisant le logo de cette manifestation, une évocation du drapeau national (Taegeuk) avec le phare de Palmido, le 1er phare moderne construit en 1903 en Corée du sud, sur la petite île de Palmido, à 10 km au large d'Incheon.
Une vue de ce phare apparait également sur l'illustration à gauche sur cette carte, le nouveau phare en particulier, inauguré en 2003.
After Corunna, Spain in 2014 (18th Conference), the 19th Conference of the IALA (International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities) will be organized from May 27 to June 2, 2018 in the Korean city of Incheon (50 km west of Seoul, on the Yellow Sea).
On February 12, 2018, the Korean Post issued a special prepaid card (300 won) about this IALA Conference, with a pre-printed stamp reproducing the logo of this event, an evocation of the national flag (Taegeuk) with the Palmido lighthouse, the first modern lighthouse built in 1903 in South Korea, on the small island of Palmido, 10 km off Incheon.
A view of this lighthouse also appears on the illustration to the left on this card, the new lighthouse in particular, inaugurated in 2003.

A noter, sur la carte à droite, l'ajout de 2 timbres courants émis respectivement le 10 septembre 2001 (30 won, espèce de vigne asiatique "Vitis amurensis Ruprecht") et le 2 mars 2006 (100 won, plante "Crinum asiaticum").
L'IALA (environ 80 pays membres aujourd'hui), dont le siège est en France, a été fondée en 1957 afin d'homogénéiser et améliorer la qualité du balisage (via en particulier une normalisation des systèmes de balisage internationaux) et répondre aux attentes des usagers de ces aides à la navigation.
Le thème de cette 19ème Conférence, organisée par le ministère coréen des océans et de la pêche, est "Des voyages réussis, une planète durable - Une nouvelle ère pour les aides marines à la navigation dans un monde connecté".
La 20ème Conférence de l'IALA aura lieu au Brésil en 2022, une première pour un pays d'Amérique du sud.

IALA (about 80 member countries today), headquartered in France, was founded in 1957 to standardize and improve the quality of navigation marks (especially through standardization of international markup systems) and to meet expectations of users of these aids to navigation.
The theme of this 19th Conference, organized by the Korean Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, is "Successful voyages, sustainable planet - A new era for Marine Aids to Navigation in a connected world".
The 20th IALA Conference will be held in Brazil in 2022, a first for a South American country.
