Du 6 novembre 2019 au 12 avril 2020, le musée postal de Prague organise une nouvelle exposition intitulée "Les femmes à la poste" ("Ženy na poště") à l'occasion du 150ème anniversaire de l'emploi des premières femmes dans l'administration postale du pays.
A cette occasion, un TAD spécial a été mis en circulation du 5 au 9 novembre 2019, par le bureau de poste principal de Prague 1 et par un bureau temporaire dans le musée postal de Prague.
Ce TAD, conçu par Beata Šafková, représentant une factrice de la poste tchécoslovaque dans les années 1970-1980, a été appliqué le 1er jour d'émission sur la jolie lettre ci-dessous. Merci beaucoup Slavek !
From November 6, 2019 to April 12, 2020, the Prague Postal Museum is organizing a new exhibition entitled "Women at the Post Office" ("Ženy na poště") on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the employment of the first women in the country's postal administration.
On this occasion, a special postmark was put into circulation from 5 to 9 November 2019, by the main post office of Prague 1 and by a temporary post office in the Prague Postal Museum.
This cancellation, designed by Beata Šafková, representing a woman working for the Czechoslovak post in the years 1970-1980, was applied on the first day of issue on the nice letter below. Thank you very much Slavek!
Cette exposition "Les femmes à la poste" est consacrée aux femmes dans le service postal en République tchèque depuis la première moitié du 16ème siècle jusqu'à un passé récent.
L'administration postale était en effet l'une des rares institutions publiques dans lesquelles les femmes pouvaient s'affirmer, dans certaines circonstances.
L'exposition est en particulier consacrée au 150ème anniversaire de l'emploi des premières femmes dans l'administration postale (le 7 avril 1869 exactement) et au rôle de la poste dans l'émancipation féminine.
Slavek a affranchi cette lettre avec 2 timbres identiques (19 CZK), émis le 2 mars 2005, faisant partie de la série courante "fleurs" en cours (débutée en 2002, conception : Anna Khunová), une fleur de fuchsia ici. L'autre timbre (1 CZK), émis le 9 mai 2007, fait partie de la même série et représente une fleur de cyclamen.
This exhibition "Women at the Post Office" is dedicated to women in the postal service in Czech Republic from the first half of the 16th century to the recent past.
The postal administration was indeed one of the few public institutions in which women could assert themselves, in certain circumstances.
The exhibition is in particular devoted to the 150th anniversary of the employment of first women in the postal administration (on April 7, 1869 exactly) and the role of the post in the emancipation of women.
Slavek franked this letter with 2 identical stamps (19 CZK), issued on March 2, 2005, being part of the definitive series "flowers" in progress (started in 2002, design: Anna Khunová), a fuchsia flower here. The other stamp (1 CZK), issued on May 9, 2007, is part of the same series and represents a sowbread flower.
