Dans le cadre du 73ème Salon Philatélique d'Automne organisé à Paris du 7 au 9 novembre 2019, la poste française a mis en circulation un carnet spécial intitulé "L'affranchissement", mettant à l'honneur la Marianne actuelle ("L'engagée") et la Cérès noire, à l'occasion du 170ème anniversaire du 1er timbre de France.
Ce carnet (conception : Sarah Lazarevic) est constitué d'un 1er feuillet composé de 12 timbres (6 timbres Mariannes "Lettre Prioritaire 20g - 1,05€" et 6 timbres "Cérès noire" non dentelés à 1,05 €) et d'un 2ème feuillet composé de 2 timbres de très grand format (1 timbre Marianne "Lettre Prioritaire 20g à 100g - 2,10€" et 1 timbre "Cérès noire" à 2,10€).
4 timbres se-tenant extraits du 1er feuillet et le timbre Marianne l'engagée de grand format ont été utilisés pour affranchir la lettre ci-dessous, envoyée le 7 novembre 2019 depuis ce Salon parisien.
As part of the 73rd Salon Philatélique d'Automne organized in Paris from 7 to 9 November 2019, the French Post put in circulation a special booklet entitled "L'affranchissement" ("The postage"), honoring the current Marianne ("L'engagée") définitive stamp and the Black Ceres, on the occasion of the 170th anniversary of the first stamp of France.
This booklet (design: Sarah Lazarevic) consists of a first sheetlet composed of 12 stamps (6 Marianne "Priority Letter 20g - € 1.05" stamps and 6 imperforated "Black Ceres" stamps at € 1.05) and a second sheetlet composed of 2 very large stamps (1 Marianne "Priority Letter 20g to 100g - € 2.10" stamp and 1 "Black Ceres" at € 2.10 stamp).
Four se-tenant stamps extracted from the 1st sheetlet and the large size Marianne stamp were used on the cover below, sent on November 7, 2019 from this Parisian stamp exhibition.
A noter en haut à gauche sur cette enveloppe la signature de Sarah Lazarevic qui a conçu ce joli carnet (tirage : 70000, prix de vente : 16,80€).
Elsa Catelin a gravé les différents timbres inclus dans ce carnet.
Le TAD évoque une autre émission spéciale de la poste française pendant ce Salon Philatélique d'Automne, un bloc-feuillet de 4 timbres représentant cette même Cérès noire (œuvre originale de Jacques-Jean Barre), revisitée par l'illustrateur et graveur Louis Boursier.
A noter enfin cette vilaine double oblitération mécanique du 12 novembre 2019 appliquée par la plate-forme du courrier de Wissous (code 38276A)... ras le bol !

The postmark evokes another special issue of the French Post during this Salon Philatélique d'Automne, a souvenir sheet of 4 stamps representing this same Black Ceres (original work by Jacques-Jean Barre), revisited by the illustrator and engraver Louis Boursier.
Finally, to note this ugly double mechanical cancellation of November 12, 2019 applied by the Wissous mail platform (code 38276A) ... I'm fed up!
