Timbre "Nouvel An chinois - Année du cheval de feu" sur FDC de France
La poste française avait initié en 2005 (Année du coq) une série
(blocs-feuillets composés de 10 ou 5 timbres) consacrée aux différents
signes du zodiaque chinois, clôturée en 2016 (Année du singe) après un
cycle de 12 ans et 12 animaux/créatures différents.
La poste française était alors une des premières administrations postales non-asiatiques à émettre des timbres sur ce thème.
En 2017 (Année du coq) et 2018 (Année du chien),
des collectors (timbres personnalisés) avaient été émis et, depuis 2019
(Année du cochon), des timbres officiels ont à nouveau été mis en
circulation.
Idem en 2026 (vente générale le 9 février) avec des timbres consacrés à la nouvelle année du cheval, qui a débuté le 17 février 2026 d'après le calendrier lunaire chinois.

stamps) devoted to the various signs of the Chinese zodiac, completed in
2016 (Year of the Monkey) after a cycle of 12 years and 12 different
animals / creatures.
The French Post was then one of the first non-Asian postal administrations to issue stamps on this theme.
In 2017 (Year of the Rooster) and 2018
(Year of the Dog), collectors (personalized stamps) were issued and,
since 2019 (Year of the Pig), official stamps were again put into
circulation.
Ditto in 2026 (general sale on February 9) with stamps dedicated to the new Year of the Horse, which began on February 17, 2026 according to the Chinese lunar calendar.
Après des timbres majoritairement conçus par le peintre calligraphe
Zhongyao Li, c'est l'artiste chinois Chen Jiang Hong (né en 1963 à
Tianjin), peintre et illustrateur vivant et travaillant à Paris depuis
1987, qui a à nouveau créé les 2 timbres émis cette année pour illustrer cette
Année du cheval (de feu).
Chen Jiang Hong a créé 2 blocs-feuillets composés respectivement de 5 timbres au tarif "Lettre Verte 20g - 1,52€"
(tirage : 380000 blocs) et 5 timbres au tarif "International 20g - 2,25€" (tirage : 330000 blocs).
A noter que chacun de ces 2 blocs-feuillet est composé de timbres de
différents formats : 1 timbre au format 33x40mm et 4 timbres au format
29x35mm.
Le timbre "Lettre Verte" a été utilisé sur la lettre ci-dessus avec TAD Premier Jour de Paris du 6 février 2026. Merci beaucoup Roland !
En 2026, le signe du cheval de feu est associé à la vitalité, à la liberté et à l'expression. Il symbolise un renouveau ainsi qu'une énergie qui incite chacun à avancer et à se dépasser.
D'un autre côté, l'association du signe du cheval et de l'élément feu (association qui arrive tous les soixante ans) est, dans la symbolique chinoise, annonciatrice de grands bouleversements...
After stamps mainly designed by calligrapher Zhongyao Li, it is the Chinese artist Chen Jiang Hong (born

To note that each of these two souvenir
sheets is made up of stamps of different formats: one stamp in 33x40mm
