Quand l'Azerbaïdjan célèbre le concours Eurovision

When Azerbaijan is celebrating Eurovision SC

After only its fourth participation (since 2008) at the Eurovision Song Contest, Azerbaijan has won the 56th edition which took place on May 14, 2011 in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Considered as a has-been event in France, this song contest is an institution in many other countries in Europe.
Azerbaijan has probably realized it could take advantage of this victory, in particular through the issue, on July 7, 2011, of a special souvenir sheet paying tribute to the winning musical duo.

It is this souvenir sheet (print run : 15,000), consisting of a one Manat stamp, that appears on the interesting registered letter above mailed from Baku on November 14, 2011. Thank you very much Mahir :-)
