Weird overprinted stamps on cover from Panama...

Étranges timbres surchargés sur lettre du Panama...

Je dois avouer que cette lettre du Panama m'a laissé un peu perplexe... aucune oblitération et de curieux timbres surchargés constituant une grande partie de cet affranchissement !
Et cerise sur le gâteau, cette lettre a curieusement transité par Taipei (empreinte "Missent to Taipei") avant d'arriver en France... En tout cas, merci beaucoup Tristan !
Le seul timbre non surchargé (0,20 balboa), en haut à droite, a été émis le 27 août 2010 (millésime "2008" imprimé dans la partie basse) pour commémorer les 100 ans de présence salésienne au Panama, un anniversaire officiellement célébré en 2007 !
La congrégation des salésiens a été fondée à Turin en 1859 par saint Jean Bosco (1815-1888), largement timbrifié en 2015 pour les 200 ans de sa naissance.
I've to admit that this letter from Panama left me a little confused... no postmark and some weird overprinted stamps constituting the main part of the postage !
And cherry on the cake, this cover curiously passed through Taipei (inkprint "Missent to Taipei") before reaching France... In any case, thank you very much Tristan !
The only non overprinted stamp (0.20 balboa), top right, was issued on August 27, 2010 (year "2008" printed in the lower part) to commemorate 100 years of Salesian presence in Panama, an anniversary officially celebrated in 2007 !
The Salesian Congregation was founded in Turin in 1859 by St. John Bosco (1815-1888), largely featured on stamps in 2015 to celebrate the 200th anniversary of his birth.

Les 5 autres timbres ci-dessus, tous émis entre juin et août 2014, ont été surchargés à partir de timbres émis en 2003, respectivement consacré à la ville de Panama, capitale ibéro-américaine de la culture cette année-là (0,05 balboa) et à des bijoux de la Pollera (0,45 balboa), la Pollera étant cette robe traditionnelle du folklore panaméen.
Ce dernier timbre a été surchargé (0,15 balboa) avec un texte rendant hommage à Germán Mckay (1842-1890), précurseur du tango Porteño (de Buenos Aires).
Les surcharges sur les 4 autres timbres évoquent différents anniversaires : 100 ans du registre public (0,25 balboa), 100 ans des archives nationales (0,10 balboa), 500 ans du premier conseil municipal du Nouveau Monde, en 1511 (0,35 balboa) et hommage à Demetrio Honorato Brid (1859-1917) considéré comme étant de facto, le premier président de la république du Panama en 1903 lors de l'indépendance du pays de la Colombie (0,20 balboa).
The five other stamps above, all issued from June to August 2014, have been overprinted from stamps issued in 2003, respectively devoted to the city of Panama, Ibero-American Capital of Culture that year (0.05 balboa) and to Pollera's jewelry (0.45 balboa), Pollera being the typical dress of the Panamanian woman.
That stamp was overprinted (0.15 balboa) with a text honoring Germán McKay (1842-1890), precursor of the Tango Porteño (from Buenos Aires).
Overprints on the other 4 stamps are devoted to different anniversaries : 100 years of the Public Registry (0.25 balboa), 100 years of the National Archives (0.10 balboa), 500 years of the first municipal council of the New World in 1511 (0.35 balboa) and tribute to Demetrio Honorato Brid (1859-1917) considered the first de facto President of the Republic of Panama in 1903 just after country's independence from Colombia (0.20 balboa).
