Hommage au comédien, écrivain et humoriste Miroslav Horníček sur FDC tchèque

"L'humour est une chose sérieuse", disait Miroslav Horníček (1918-2003), qui a laissé une empreinte profonde dans la culture tchèque de la seconde moitié du 20ème siècle.
Ce comédien, écrivain et humoriste invitant à la réflexion, extrêmement populaire auquel quelques mots suffisaient pour déclencher des salves de rires, était un grand francophile et un amoureux de la Provence.
Il était le chouchou du public tchèque qui adorait ses prestations au théâtre, à la télévision et au cinéma. Sa carrière a été une suite presque ininterrompue de succès, ce qui n’était pourtant pas tout à fait son ambition, lui qui n'a jamais vraiment chercher le succès...
A l'occasion du 100ème anniversaire de sa naissance, la poste tchèque a mis en circulation, le 24 octobre 2018, un timbre (19 CZK) en l'honneur de Miroslav Horníček.

This comedian, writer and humorist inviting to reflection, extremely popular because a few words were enough to trigger bursts of laughter, was a great francophile and a lover of Provence, in southern France.
He was the darling of the Czech public who loved his performances in the theater, television and cinema. His career has been an almost uninterrupted sequel of success, which was not quite his ambition, he who never really seek success ...
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of his birth, the Czech Post issued a stamp (19 CZK) on October 24, 2018 paying tribute to Miroslav Horníček.

C'est ce timbre, créé par Zdeněk Netopil et gravé par Jaroslav Tvrdoň, qui figure sur le FDC officiel ci-dessus (tirage : 3200), avec TAD de Plzeň, sa ville natale. Merci beaucoup Bret !
A 23 ans, Miroslav Horníček prend un engagement au théâtre de Plzeň et bientôt s'impose aussi sur les scènes de Prague.
Son art et son esprit le propulsent jusque sur la scène du Théâtre national, qui ne constitue cependant pas un cadre favorable à l'épanouissement de son talent qui ne peut se développer que dans la liberté et l'improvisation.
Au bout de 6 ans, il part donc pour créer un couple de clowns inoubliable avec Jan Werich, doyen des humoristes tchèques puis collabore avec les meilleurs comédiens tchèques, joue sur des scènes avant-gardistes et est souvent sollicité par la télévision et le cinéma. Le public raffole de son art de l'improvisation et de son humour si particulier.

At the age of 23, Miroslav Horníček made a commitment to the Plzeň theater and soon won the stage in Prague. His art and his spirit propel him to the stage of the National Theater, which however does not constitute a favorable framework for the development of his talent that can develop only in freedom and improvisation.
After 6 years, he left to create an unforgettable couple of clowns with Jan Werich, Dean of Czech comedians and then collaborated with the best Czech actors, played on avant-garde stages, for the television and cinema. The public loved his art of improvisation and his particular humor.
