"Death of Napoleon's 200th Anniversary" stamp on cover from Italy

Some postal administrations (France, Malta, St Helena, Italy, Andorra ...) have issued stamps in 2021 on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the death of Napoléon Bonaparte (1769-1821), military leader and first emperor of the French (under the name of Napoleon I, between 1804 and 1814 then in 1815) widely recognized as one of the greatest strategists and best commanders in history.
He conquered and controlled most of Europe (participating in around 70 battles) but following his disastrous invasion of Russia in 1812, he relinquished the throne and was exiled to Elba island. In 1815, he sought to return to power but after a defeat at the Battle of Waterloo, he abdicated and was exiled by the English on the island of St Helena where he died in 1821 at the age of 51.
Napoléon is recognized as having made a lasting contribution to France and to Europe, having ended France's post-revolutionary chaos and turning the country's economy back on its feet in a short period of time.

Napoléon initiated major reforms of the state, restoring its authority and primacy, making him one of the founding fathers of contemporary French institutions: creation of the civil code and the Council of State, strengthening of individual freedoms, equality of citizens before the law, creation of the prefectural body, a new currency, high schools. This heritage is however contrasted with the limitation of freedom of expression or the reestablishment of slavery in 1802.
Napoleon is remembered in Italy as he largely participated in the Italian campaign in 1796-1797 and was President of the Italian Republic between 1802 and 1805 then King of Italy between 1805 and 1814.
A portrait of Napoleon, King of Italy (Pinacoteca Ambrosiana in Milan, circa 1805) by the painter Andrea Appiani, is reproduced on the stamp (rate "B zone 1" - € 1.15 for a shipment up to 20g to European and Mediterranean countries - print run: 500,000) issued on May 5, 2021 by the Italian Post, used on the above letter sent on May 8, 2021 from Imola. Thank you very much Salvatore!
To note at the bottom left the presence of the logo associated with the 200th anniversary of the death of Napoleon, created by the European Federation of Napoleon Cities and, at the top right, the mention "Ei fu ..." ("He was ...") in reference to the poem "Il cinque maggio", written in 1821 by Alessandro Manzoni after the death of the Emperor Napoleon in Saint Helena.
This poem, in the form of an ode, celebrates the gestures, battles and victories of Napoleon as well as human frailty and divine mercy, in a religious and historical meditation.
