Avec cette lettre, ma collection EUROPA 2015 concernant la Bosnie-Herzégovine est complète !
J'avais en effet déjà partagé avec vous sur ce blog deux lettres affranchies avec les séries EUROPA 2015 émises respectivement par la poste croate de Mostar et la poste de la Fédération de B&H de Sarajevo.
J'ai eu la chance de recevoir la série EUROPA 2015 émise cette fois par la poste de la Republika Srpska, utilisée pour affranchir la lettre ci-dessous envoyée le 13 septembre 2016 depuis la ville de d'Istočno Sarajevo (Lukavica). Merci beaucoup Edin !
Istočno Sarajevo est constituée de quartiers de la partie orientale de Sarajevo, rattachés à la République serbe de Bosnie à la suite des accords de Dayton de 1995.

I had indeed already shared with you on this blog two covers franked with the EUROPA 2015 stamp sets respectively issued by the Croatian Post Mostar and the Post of the Federation of B&H in Sarajevo.
I was lucky to receive the EUROPA 2015 series issued this time by the postal administration of the Republika Srpska, used to frank the cover below sent on September 13, 2016 from the city of Istočno Sarajevo (Lukavica). Thank you very much Edin !
Istočno Sarajevo consists of neighborhoods in the eastern part of Sarajevo, attached to the Republika Srpska after the Dayton Accords of 1995.
Cette ville est la capitale officielle de la République serbe de Bosnie même si Banja Luka, où siège le gouvernement et les institutions, est la capitale de facto.
Consacrée en 2015 aux jouets anciens ("stare igračke" en serbe), cette série EUROPA (conception : Božidar Došenović et Nebojša Đumić), émise le 17 avril 2015, a été déclinée, pour chaque timbre, en feuillet (8 timbres + 1 vignette centrale) ainsi qu'en carnet de 6 timbres (3 de chaque).
Chacun de ces timbres (0,90 et 1,70 KM) a été imprimé à 30000 exemplaires (10000 pour le carnet).
Ces 2 timbres ont été conçus en collaboration avec le musée ethnographique de Belgrade, avec un focus sur un tracteur coloré fabriqué en 1957 (par Mehanotehnika (?), une des plus célèbres usines de fabrication de jouets dans l'ex-Yougoslavie) et un petit robot en aluminium datant de la 1ère moitié du 20ème siècle.
Ces 2 jouets sont représentés avec différents éléments en pâte à modeler (planète, fusée et étoiles par exemple pour le robot).
This city is the official capital of the Republika Srpska even if Banja Luka, the seat of government and institutions, is the de facto capital.
Devoted in 2015 to old toys ("stare igračke" in Serbian), this EUROPA series (design : Božidar Došenović and Nebojša Đumić), issued on April 17, 2015, was declined for each stamp in sheetlet (8 stamps + 1 central vignette) as well as in a booklet of 6 stamps (3 of each).
Each of these stamps (0.90 KM and 1.70 KM) was printed in 30,000 copies (10,000 for the booklet).
These two stamps were designed in collaboration with the Ethnographic Museum in Belgrade, with a focus on a colorful tractor manufactured in 1957 (by Mehanotehnika (?), one of the most famous toy factories in the former Yugoslavia) and a small robot of aluminum dating from the first half of the 20th century.
These two toys are featured with different plasticine elements (planet, rocket and stars for example for the robot).
