A l'occasion du dernier Salon philatélique "Paris-Philex 2018" organisé à Paris du 7 au 10 juin 2018, La Poste a mis en circulation trois nouvelles vignettes LISA (impression offset LISA 2 papier thermique) commercialisées sur des nouvelles machines de type NABANCO.
Ces 3 vignettes LISA (tirage : 35000 chacune) figurent sur le pli spécial ci-dessous envoyé le 10 juin 2018 depuis ce salon parisien.
Ces vignettes ont été éditées ici avec la mention "CC **0,78 EUR" (tarif Ecopli), les préfixes "AA", "DD" et "IP" étant réservés respectivement aux tarifs "Lettre Prioritaire domestique", "Lettre Verte" et "Lettre Prioritaire Internationale".
On the occasion of the last philatelic exhibition "Paris-Philex 2018" organized in Paris from 7 to 10 June 2018, La Poste has put into circulation three new LISA ATM stamps (offset LISA 2 printing, thermic paper) marketed on new NABANCO type machines.
These three LISA labels (print run: 35,000 each) appear on the special envelope below sent on June 10, 2018 from this Parisian stamp exhibition.
These labels were printed here with the mention "CC ** 0,78 EUR" ("Ecopli" tariff), the prefixes "AA", "DD" and "IP" being respectively reserved for the "Domestic Priority Letter", "Green Letter" and "International Priority Letter" rates.
Le TAD "Paris-Philex 2018" ci-dessus a été conçu par Paul Flickinger qui a créé également la LISA du milieu montrant 4 portraits de "Poilus", héros de la Grande Guerre, dans le cadre du 100ème anniversaire de la fin de la 1ère Guerre Mondiale.
A noter qu'un collector et un livret-collector "Mémoire de héros", conçus par Paul Flickinger, ont également été mis en circulation à cette occasion, composés chacun de 8 timbres, un portrait de Poilu et 7 autres rendant hommage à différentes personnalités (Albert Roche, Émilienne Moreau, Roland Garros, Marie Curie, Maurice Genevoix, André Mare, Jean Bouin).
The "Paris-Philex 2018" postmark above was designed by Paul Flickinger who also created the LISA in the middle showing 4 portraits of "Poilus", heroes of the Great War, as part of the 100th anniversary of the end of the World War I.
To note that a collector and a collector's booklet "Memory of heroes", designed by Paul Flickinger, were also released on this occasion, each composed of 8 stamps, a portrait of "Poilu" and 7 others paying tribute to different personalities (Albert Roche, Émilienne Moreau, Roland Garros, Marie Curie, Maurice Genevoix, André Mare, Jean Bouin).
Une de ces 3 vignettes, également présente sur le pli ci-dessus, évoque le 91ème congrès de la FFAP (Fédération Française des Associations Philatéliques) organisé pendant ce salon Paris-Philex 2018.
Cette LISA, conçue par Claude Perchat, est consacré au Palais de l'Élysée à Paris, résidence officielle du Président de la République française depuis la IIème République en 1848 (Louis-Napoléon Bonaparte).
La façade de ce Palais donnant sur le jardin est représentée sur cette vignette, le TAD (également conçu par Claude Perchat) étant consacrée à la partie supérieure de la "Grille du Coq", une entrée située à l'arrière du Palais, construite sous Napoléon III dans un style Art nouveau à la fin du 19ème siècle (architecte : Adrien Chancel).
One of these 3 labels, also present on the letter above, evokes the 91st Congress of the FFAP (French Federation of Philatelic Associations) organized during this "Paris-Philex 2018" stamp show.
This LISA, designed by Claude Perchat, is dedicated to the Élysée Palace in Paris, official residence of the President of the French Republic since the Second Republic in 1848 (Louis-Napoléon Bonaparte).
The facade of this Palace overlooking the garden is depicted on this LISA, the cancellation (also designed by Claude Perchat) being dedicated to the upper part of the "Grille du Coq", an entrance located at the rear of the Palace, built under Napoléon III in an Art Nouveau style at the end of the 19th century (architect: Adrien Chancel).
La 3ème LISA ci-dessus, conçue par Gilles Bosquet, est consacrée au 90ème anniversaire de l'Académie de Philatélie, dont le but est de "centraliser études et recherches, d'aider à leur diffusion, de contribuer au développement de la philatélie, de propager le goût de la collection et de représenter les philatélistes dans les manifestations nationales et internationales".
L'Académie organise régulièrement des conférences publiques de haut niveau lors d'expositions philatéliques, comme ce fut le cas pendant ce salon Paris-Philex 2018.
Cette LISA représente l'entête du "Bulletin des Postes, Télégraphes et Téléphones" n°15 de 1928 annonçant la mise en place d'un service postal aérien transatlantique spécial qui consistait à catapulter un hydravion "Lioré et Olivier LeO H198" depuis le paquebot "Ile de France", pour que le courrier arrive un jour ou deux plus tôt à destination.
Un timbre "Pasteur" à 1,50F surchargé 10F (prix de la surtaxe aérienne du service) oblitéré du timbre à date "NEW-YORK AU HAVRE" du 23 août 1928, est représenté à gauche sur cette LISA.
The 3rd LISA above, designed by Gilles Bosquet, is dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the French Académie de Philatélie, whose aim is "to co-ordinate studies and research and to help with their diffusion, to contribute to the development of philately, to cultivate the habit of collecting and to represent philatelists at national and international events".
The Académie regularly organizes high-level public lectures during philatelic exhibitions, as was the case during this "Paris-Philex 2018" show.
This LISA represents the heading of the "Bulletin des Postes, Télégraphes et Téléphones" No. 15 of 1928 announcing the establishment of a special transatlantic air mail service which consisted in catapulting a seaplane "Lioré et Olivier LeO H198" from the liner "Ile de France", so that the mail arrives a day or two earlier to destination.
A stamp "Pasteur" at 1.50F, with a 10F surcharge (price of the air surcharge of the service) obliterated with a "NEW-YORK AU HAVRE" cancellation dated August 23, 1928, is featured on the left on this LISA.
