Dans le cadre du 73ème Salon Philatélique d'Automne organisé à Paris du 7 au 9 novembre 2019, la poste française a mis en circulation un carnet spécial (conception : Sarah Lazarevic), mettant à l'honneur la Marianne actuelle ("L'engagée") et la Cérès noire, à l'occasion du 170ème anniversaire du 1er timbre de France.
Sur le même thème, une vignette LISA a également été mise en circulation pendant ce Salon.
Phil@poste commercialisait un pack de 4 vignettes LISA (4,09€ : Ecopli - Lettre Verte - Lettre Prioritaire - International, tirage : 6000 packs) et une machine NABANCO permettait également de se la procurer sur place (tirage : 20000).
As part of the 73rd Salon Philatélique d'Automne organized in Paris from 7 to 9 November 2019, the French Post put in circulation a special booklet (design: Sarah Lazarevic), honoring the current Marianne ("L'engagée") définitive stamp and the Black Ceres, on the occasion of the 170th anniversary of the issue of first French stamp.
On the same theme, a LISA (ATM stamp) was also put into circulation during this exhibition.
Phil@poste marketed a pack of four LISA (€ 4.09: Ecopli - Green Letter - Priority Letter - International, print run: 6,000 packs) and a NABANCO machine also made it possible to purchase it (print run: 20,000).
Cette vignette (tarif Ecopli - 0,86€ jusqu'au 31 décembre 2019), conçue par Sarah Lazarevic, figure sur le pli Premier Jour ci-dessus, avec la signature d'Elsa Catelin qui a gravé cette Marianne l'engagée (tarif Lettre Prioritaire) reproduite au centre, à côté d'une Cérès remise au goût du jour (mention "La Poste 2019" et valeur de 1,05€).
This LISA (Ecopli - € 0.86 until December 31, 2019), designed by Sarah Lazarevic, is present on the First Day cover above, with the signature of Elsa Catelin who engraved this Marianne l'engagée (Priority Letter rate) reproduced in the middle, next to an updated Ceres (mention "La Poste 2019" and value of € 1.05).
Cette vignette (tarif Ecopli) figure également sur ce 2ème pli ci-dessus, avec à nouveau cette vilaine double oblitération mécanique appliquée le 12 novembre 2019 par la plate-forme du courrier de Wissous (code 38276A)...
Sarah Lazarevic a signé sur cette enveloppe en haut à gauche et le TAD évoque une autre émission spéciale de Phil@poste pendant ce Salon Philatélique d'Automne, un bloc-feuillet de 4 timbres représentant cette même Cérès noire (œuvre originale de Jacques-Jean Barre), revisitée par l'illustrateur et graveur Louis Boursier.
This LISA (Ecopli rate too) also appears on this 2nd cover above, with again this ugly double mechanical cancellation applied on November 12, 2019 by the Wissous mail platform (code 38276A) ...
Sarah Lazarevic signed on this envelope at the top left and the cancellation evokes another special issue of the French Post during this Salon Philatélique d'Automne, a souvenir sheet of 4 stamps representing this same Black Ceres (original work by Jacques-Jean Barre), revisited by the illustrator and engraver Louis Boursier.
