Comme évoqué dans un message récent sur ce blog, la poste tchèque a mis en circulation, le 16 décembre 2015, un nouveau timbre (tarif permanent "Z" pour un envoi international jusqu'à 50g en dehors de l'Europe, 30 CZK actuellement), imprimée en en feuille de 9 timbres + 12 vignettes personnalisables (dont 3 différentes : détail d'une statue, femme et homme lisant et portant une lettre).
Ce timbre, conçu par Petr Hron (arrangement graphique : Michaela Petrusová) reproduit un détail (postier jouant du cor) de la fresque murale du hall du bureau de poste principal de Prague.
As discussed in a recent post on this blog, the Czech Post has released, on December 16, 2015, a new stamp (permanent rate "Z" for an international shipment up to 50g outside Europe, currently 30 CZK), printed in sheet of 9 stamps + 12 customizable coupons (three of them being different : detail of a statue, woman and man reading and holding a letter).
That stamp, designed by Petr Hron (graphic arrangement by Michaela Petrusová) reproduces a detail (a postman playing horn) of the mural painted in the hall of the main post office in Prague.

Un autre enfant, tenant des lettres dans chaque main, est représenté sur la gravure à gauche sur cette enveloppe, une scène également extraite de cette fresque (peintures allégoriques ayant pour thème les activités postales et de transport) située dans le hall rectangulaire de ce bureau de poste (rue Jindřišská), recouvert d'un toit de verre.
Ce bureau postal a été construit entre 1871 et 1874 dans un style néo-Renaissance (architecte : J. Belsky), à l'emplacement d'un des premiers jardins botaniques en Europe centrale.

Another child, holding letters in each hand, is depicted on the engraving to the left on this envelope, a scene also extracted from this mural (allegorical paintings devoted to the theme of postal and transport activities) located in the rectangular hall of this post office (Jindřišská street), covered by a glass roof.
This post office was built between 1871 and 1874 in a neo-Renaissance style (architect : J. Belsky), on the site of one of the first botanical gardens in Central Europe.
