25 years of diplomatic relations with Vietnam - special postmark in Moldova

On 28 June (or 11 June ?) 1992, the Republic of Moldova and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam formally established diplomatic relations.
Moldova does not have an embassy in Hanoi (its interests in the country are probably assured by the embassy in Beijing), the ambassador of Vietnam in Kiev being accredited in Moldova.
Both countries have good political relations, but their trade links are limited.
25 years later (to the day), the Post of Moldova put into circulation a new special postmark devoted to relations between the two countries.

Designed again by Lilian Iaţco, this interesting postmark is featuring (top part) the main gate (Đoan Môn) of the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long in Hanoi (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2010). This city, built from the 11th century, was the centre of regional political power for almost 13 centuries without interruption.
The other monument on this postmark is the manor house of the Mirzoian family "Manuc-Bei" (19th century) located in Hînceşti, recently restored.
Thank you very much Nicolae for this envelope above (design : Lilian Iaţco, print run : 5,000) including this postmark from Chişinău (MD-2012), franked with a personalized stamp (L 1.75 - model of November 17, 2015) representing the flags of the two countries!
As a reminder, this 2nd envelope was specially edited to celebrate the 25 years of diplomatic relations between Moldova and countries of the former USSR and the rest of the world (outside Europe).

Nicolae completed his postage with two other stamps on the back of this envelope above, in order to reach the tariff in force for a non-priority shipment up to 20g sent to France (L 9.50 currently).
These two stamps are part of a series devoted to coats of arms of Moldovan cities (issued on 7 March 2015), Bălţi (L 3) and Chişinău (L 5) here.
