TAD "Congrès du Parlement 2024 - Versailles" sur lettre de France
Par décret du Président de la République du 29 février 2024, le Parlement a été convoqué en Congrès le lundi 4 mars 2024 pour voter sur le projet de loi constitutionnelle relatif à la liberté de recourir à l'interruption volontaire de grossesse.
La France est ainsi devenue le premier pays dans le monde à inscrire cette liberté de recourir à l'IVG dans sa constitution.
Le Congrès du Parlement est la réunion des deux chambres du Parlement, à savoir l'Assemblée nationale et le Sénat.
La Constitution prévoit la réunion du Congrès en particulier en vue de la révision de celle-ci.
Lorsque se tient un Congrès, les deux chambres quittent Paris, respectivement le palais Bourbon et le palais du Luxembourg, et se réunissent au château de Versailles, dans la salle du Congrès.
Le Congrès s'est réuni 21 fois depuis 1958, dont 17 fois pour adopter une révision de la Constitution et 4 fois pour une déclaration du président de la République.

élus à Versailles en Congrès, une oblitération spécifique était
réalisée, ce qui a été également le cas depuis lors des Congrès du Parlement réunis pour des révisions de la Constitution.
Le 4 mars 2024, un TAD "Congrès du Parlement - Versailles" a ainsi été mis en circulation, appliqué sur la lettre ci-dessus, envoyée le 11 mars 2024 depuis le bureau postal de l'Assemblée nationale "Paris Palais Bourbon". Merci beaucoup Maxim !
A noter ce TAD illustré représentant la façade du Palais Bourbon, le bâtiment qui abrite depuis 1879 l'Assemblée nationale.
Maxim a utilisé l'un des 2 timbres (1,96€) émis le 29 janvier 2024 pour célébrer le nouvel an chinois et l'année du dragon de bois, qui a débuté le 10 février 2024. Conçu par Chen Jiang Hong, ce timbre a été imprimé dans un feuillet composé de 5 timbres (dont un de plus grand format, tirage : 330000 feuillets).
Emblème des empereurs chinois, le dragon est associé à la puissance et à la chance. Courageux, optimiste, déterminé, le natif du Dragon se montre particulièrement ambitieux. S'il a tendance à foncer tête baissée, l'élément bois apaise son caractère dominateur.
La poste française émet des timbres consacrés à ce nouvel an chinois depuis 2005, depuis 2019 sous la forme de feuillets de 5 timbres.

Designed by Chen Jiang Hong, this stamp was printed in a sheetlet made up of 5 stamps (including one of larger format, print run: 330,000 sheetlets).
Emblem of Chinese emperors, the dragon is associated with power and luck. Brave, optimistic, determined, the native of the Dragon is particularly ambitious. If it tends to darken with his head bowed, the wood element soothes his dominant character.
The French Post has been issuing stamps dedicated to this Chinese New Year since 2005, since 2019 in the form of sheetlets of 5 stamps.
