Enveloppe pré-timbrée "50 ans de relations diplomatiques avec le Vietnam" d'Australie
L'Australie a été l'un des premiers pays à établir des relations
diplomatiques avec le Vietnam juste après la signature des accords de
paix de Paris en 1973. Les relations entre les deux pays, élevées au
rang de partenariat global en 2009 puis de partenariat stratégique en
2018, se sont progressivement développées de manière durable à travers
de nombreuses réalisations dans les domaines de l'éducation, la défense,
le commerce, l'énergie et la transition écologique.
Le 27 août 2023, la poste vietnamienne a mis en circulation un timbre (4000 VND), conçu par Nguyễn Du, consacré au 50ème anniversaire de ces relations diplomatiques avec l'Australie.
Ce timbre représente des images des fleurs nationales des deux pays : le lotus (Vietnam) et l'acacia doré (Australie).
Le logo officiel de ce 50ème anniversaire, en forme d'étoile (en
référence à l'étoile jaune sur fond rouge du drapeau vietnamien)
composée de 5 boomerangs aborigènes australiens colorés (jaune et vert
en référence à l'Australie, rouge, noir et bleu), figure également sur ce timbre vietnamien.
Australia was one of the first
countries to establish diplomatic relations with Vietnam immediately
after the signing of the Paris Peace Accords in 1973. Relations between
the two countries, elevated to the rank of comprehensive partnership in
2009 and then strategic partnership in 2018, have gradually developed in
a sustainable manner through numerous achievements in the fields of
education, defense, trade, energy and ecological transition.
On August 27, 2023, the Vietnamese Post put into circulation a stamp (4,000 VND), designed by Nguyễn Du, dedicated to the 50th anniversary of these diplomatic relations with Australia.
This stamp depicts images of the national flowers of the two countries: the lotus (Vietnam) and the golden wattle (Australia).
The official logo of this 50th
anniversary, in the shape of a star (in reference to the yellow star on a
red background of the Vietnamese flag) composed of 5 colorful
Australian Aboriginal boomerangs (yellow and green in reference to
Australia, red, black and blue), also appears on this Vietnamese stamp.
La poste australienne n'a pas émis de timbre sur ce thème mais a mis en circulation (en septembre/octobre 2023) une enveloppe pré-timbrée "Postage Paid" (conception : Janet Boschen, tirage inconnu) au tarif domestique (prix de vente : 1,45$), reproduisant le visuel du timbre vietnamien.

Vera a ajouté un timbre (tarif international - 2,10$) faisant partie d'un série (4 timbres) émise le 1er juillet 2009, consacrée à des bébés animaux de la brousse australienne, un kangourou géant (Macropus giganteus) ici, un marsupial très répandu dans le sud et l'est de l'Australie avec une population de plusieurs millions d'individus.
Les liens entre l'Australie et le Vietnam sont profonds, avec plus de 300000 australiens d'origine vietnamienne. Le vietnamien est la 5ème langue la plus parlée dans les foyers australiens. Il y a 80000 anciens élèves vietnamiens des établissements d'enseignement australiens. Chaque année, de nombreux australiens se rendent au Vietnam pour travailler, étudier ou visiter.
Australia Post has not issued any stamp on this theme but has put into circulation (in September/October 2023) "Postage Paid" envelope (design: Janet Boschen, unknown print run) at the domestic rate (selling price : $1.45), reproducing the design of the Vietnamese stamp.

Vera added a stamp (international rate - $2.10) as part of a series (4 stamps) issued on July 1, 2009, dedicated to Australian bush babies, a Eastern grey kangaroo (Macropus giganteus) here, a very common marsupial in the south and eastern Australia with a population of several million individuals.
The ties between Australia and Vietnam run deep, with more than 300,000 Australians of Vietnamese heritage. Vietnamese is the fifth most commonly spoken language in Australian homes. There are 80,000 Vietnamese alumni of Australian educational institutions. Every year, many Australians go to Vietnam for work, study, or travel.
