TAD "75 ans de la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme" sur lettre de Moldavie

Le 10 décembre 1948, les 58 états membres qui constituaient alors l'Assemblée générale des Nations Unies ont adopté la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme à Paris au Palais de Chaillot.
Ce document fondateur - traduit dans plus de 500 langues différentes - continue d'être aujourd'hui une source d'inspiration pour promouvoir l'exercice universel des droits de l'homme à travers le monde.
La Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme (inspirée par la Déclaration des droits de l'homme et du citoyen de 1789 en France) a permis de fournir des normes pour divers accords et déclarations internationaux et est reflétée dans les constitutions et les lois de pays du monde entier.
Afin de célébrer le 75ème anniversaire de ce texte fondateur, la poste moldave a mis en circulation, le 8 décembre 2023, un TAD spécial illustrant en particulier les droits universels des familles, personnes handicapées, personnes âgées, avec présence également d'une femme symbolisant la justice.
Ce TAD a été appliqué par le bureau principal de Chișinău (MD-2012) sur cette enveloppe pré-timbrée. Merci beaucoup Nicolae ! 
On December 10, 1948, the 58 member states that then constituted the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in Paris at the Palais de Chaillot.
This founding document - translated into more than 500 different languages - continues to be a source of inspiration today to promote the universal exercise of human rights worldwide.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (inspired by the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen of 1789) has provided standards for various international agreements and declarations and is reflected in constitutions and laws of countries around the world.
In order to celebrate the 75th anniversary of this founding text, the Post of Moldova put into circulation, on December 8, 2023, a special postmark illustrating in particular the universal rights of families, disabled people, elderly people, also with the presence of a woman symbolizing justice.
This postmark was applied by the main post office in Chișinău (MD-2012) on this prepaid envelope. Thank you very much Nicolae!

Cette enveloppe (1,75 L, tirage : 10000, conception : Vitaliu Pogolşa) a été mise en circulation le 21 janvier 2019 pour commémorer le 60ème anniversaire de la création de la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme ("Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului"), une juridiction instituée en 1959 par le Conseil de l'Europe, dont la mission est d'assurer le respect des engagements souscrits par les états signataires de la Convention européenne des droits de l'homme.
La Moldavie a ratifié cette Convention européenne des droits de l'homme en 1997 (le pays est membre du Conseil de l'Europe depuis 1995).
Nicolae a utilisé également un timbre (4,50 L, tirage : 50000, conception : Vitaliu Pogolşa) émis le 10 décembre 2008, consacré au 60ème anniversaire de cette même Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme.
Étrangement, très peu de pays ont émis des timbres en 2023 consacrés au 75ème anniversaire de la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme : Belgique, Allemagne, Maroc, Bahreïn, Taïwan.
This prepaid envelope (1.75 L, print run: 10,000, design: Vitaliu Pogolşa) was put into circulation on January 21, 2019 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the creation of the European Court of Human Rights ("Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului"), a jurisdiction created in 1959 by the Council of Europe, whose mission is to ensure compliance with the commitments entered into by the signatory states of the European Convention on Human Rights.
Moldova ratified this European Convention on Human Rights in 1997 (the country has been a member of the Council of Europe since 1995).
Nicolae also used a stamp (4.50 L, print run: 50,000, design: Vitaliu Pogolşa) issued on December 10, 2008, dedicated to the 60th anniversary of this same Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Strangely, very few countries have issued stamps in 2023 dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: Belgium, Germany, Morocco, Bahrain, Taiwan.
