Sepac 2018 (Spectacular views) stamp on FDC from Monaco

After local handcrafts in 2017, the theme chosen for the Sepac stamps in 2018 is entitled "Spectacular views" and, if I'm not mistaken, for the moment, 10 of the 13 European postal administrations members of this association Sepac (Small European Postal Administration Cooperation) issued or will issue a Sepac stamp this year.
This is the case of Monaco with a stamp (€ 0.95) put into circulation on June 7, 2018, showing an unusual view of the Principality and the Mediterranean Sea from a snowy mountain.
As a reminder, the Principality of Monaco participated in its Sepac issues since the beginning in 2007 (landscapes) and issued this year its 9th Sepac stamp.

That stamp (print run: 45,000), designed from a photograph by Célia Mailly and printed by Phil@poste in sheetlet of 10 stamps, appears on the First Day cover above.
To note the presence of the Sepac logo on the top left on the stamp as well as on the First Day cancellation with the mention "Office des Timbres Monaco".
Also worthy of note is the cachet offered to the public by the OETP of Monaco during the last "Paris-Philex" stamp exhibition held in Paris from 7 to 10 June 2018, showing the Notre-Dame cathedral with the Prince's Palace of Monaco in the background.
