Karl Marx and beginning of Putin's presidential term on letter from Russia

Merci beaucoup Youri !
Several postal administrations have already issued or will issue stamps this year to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Karl Marx (1818-1883): Germany, Vietnam, China or Kyrgyzstan (KEP).
On May 4, 2018, the Russian Post also issued a stamp (27 rubles, print run: 264,000, design: S. Uliyanovskiy), printed in a sheetlet of 12 stamps, dedicated to this famous German philosopher and theoretician of political economy, known for his materialistic conception of history, his description of the workings of capitalism and for his revolutionary activity within the labor movement.
That stamp, on a red background (obliged!), as used on the right on the cover below, sent on May 16, 2018 from St. Petersburg. Thank you very much Yuri!

Among his principal works: "Capital, Critique of Political Economy" which was written for more than 20 years, demonstrating the real nature of capitalism, and putting the focus on the internal contradictions of this system, or his "The Communist Manifesto" published in 1848.
I do not know exactly what monument refers to the portrait of Marx featured on that stamp but it looks like the statue of his monumental head located in the German city of Chemnitz.
The other stamp above (22 rubles, print run: 252,000, design: S. Uliyanovskiy), printed in sheetlet of 9 stamps, was issued on May 7, 2018 to celebrate the beginning of the 4th presidential term (6 years) of Vladimir Putin.
As a reminder, Putin has already been President of the Russian Federation between 1999 and 2008 and between 2012 and 2018 (he was prime minister between 2008 and 2012).
That stamp represents one of the main towers of the Moscow Kremlin, the Spasskaya Tower (or St. Savior Tower), 71 meters high, built in 1491, so called because of the holy image of the Savior of Smolensk over the gate.
