Pour rappel, la Small European Postal Administration Cooperation (SEPAC) est une association de petites administrations postales européennes, créée en 1999, afin de discuter de diverses questions philatéliques et postales spécifiques à ces petites structures.
Depuis 2007 (thème des paysages), des timbres sur un thème commun sont émis par certains membres et une élection du plus beau timbre Sepac est organisée depuis 2010.
La poste de Guernesey participe à ces émissions Sepac depuis 2007 et a émis, le 1er août 2018, son 9ème timbre Sepac, dont le thème cette année était consacré à des vues spectaculaires (artisanat local en 2017).
Ce timbre (76p), conçu par Mark Totty, incluant le logo Sepac, a été utilisé (à droite) pour affranchir la lettre ci-dessous, envoyée depuis Guernesey le 1er avril 2019.

The Post of Guernsey has participated in these Sepac stamp issues since 2007 and put into circulation, on August 1, 2018, its 9th Sepac stamp, whose theme this year was devoted to spectacular views (local handcrafts in 2017).
This stamp (76p), designed by Mark Totty, including the Sepac logo, was used (to the right) to stamp the letter below, sent from Guernsey on April 1, 2019.
Ce timbre fait partie d'une série de 6 timbres (imprimés chacun par Cartor Security Printing en feuillet de 10 timbres) consacrés à des vues aériennes de différentes parties de cette île anglo-normande.
Elliott Cockett, un jeune photographe basé à Guernesey, connu sous le nom de "The Drone Ranger", a capturé ces vues à partir d'un drone.
Le timbre "Sepac" ci-dessus montre une vue du réservoir Saint-Saviour, situé dans l'ouest de Guernesey, qui approvisionne en eau potable toute l'île. La construction de ce réservoir de retenue dans la vallée de Saint-Saviour a été décidée en 1936, les travaux ayant débuté en 1938 puis ont été interrompu pendant la 2ème Guerre mondiale. Le barrage a été scellé en janvier 1947 et le réservoir était rempli en avril 1947.
L'autre timbre ci-dessus (63p), émis dans la même série, montre une vue de l'église de la paroisse de Torteval (extrémité sud-ouest de l'île).
Le clocher de cette église construite en 1818 est particulier, composé d'une tour crénelée surmontée d'une flèche, la plus haute de l'île, ce qui en fait un amer remarquable.

The "Sepac" stamp above shows a view of the St Saviour's Reservoir, located in western Guernsey, which supplies drinking water to the entire island. The construction of this reservoir in the St Saviour's valley was decided in 1936, the work began in 1938 and was interrupted during the 2nd World War. The dam was sealed in January 1947, and by April, the reservoir was full to overflowing.
The other stamp above (63p), issued in the same series, shows a view of the Church of the Torteval parish (southwestern tip of the island).
The bell tower of this church built in 1818 is peculiar, consisting of a crenellated tower surmounted by a spire, the highest on the island, which makes it a remarkable sea mark.
