Série "100 ans de la FIP - Fédération Internationale de Philatélie" sur FDC du Pakistan 

La Fédération Internationale de Philatélie (FIP) a été créée le 18 juin 1926 à Paris par les représentants de 6 pays : Allemagne, Autriche, Belgique, France, Pays-Bas et Suisse.
Dès le début, la FIP a œuvré pour promouvoir la collection de timbres et la philatélie, favoriser l'amitié entre les peuples, entretenir des liens avec le secteur philatélique et les administrations postales, et soutenir les expositions philatéliques par son patronage et sa reconnaissance.
Aujourd’hui, la FIP regroupe 90 fédérations nationales avec lesquelles elle organise des conférences, des séminaires pour les futurs jurés lors de ses expositions et structure l'évolution de la façon de collectionner et d'exposer en introduisant de nouvelles classes de compétition.
Enfin, elle parraine et co-organise avec les fédérations nationales les expositions mondiales (générales et spécialisées) qui sont de véritable "jeux olympiques" de la philatélie.  
The Fédération Internationale de Philatélie (FIP - International Federation of Philately) was founded on June 18, 1926, in Paris by representatives from six countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. 
From the outset, the FIP has worked to promote stamp collecting and philately, foster friendship among nations, maintain ties with the philatelic sector and postal administrations, and support philatelic exhibitions through its patronage and recognition.
Today, the FIP brings together 90 national federations; with them, it organizes conferences and seminars for aspiring jurors during its exhibitions and shapes the evolution of collecting and exhibiting practices by introducing new competitive classes.
Finally, it sponsors and co-organizes—alongside national federations—world exhibitions (both general and specialized) that serve as the true "Olympic Games" of philately. 

La FIP célèbre donc le 100ème anniversaire de sa création en 2026 et un certain nombre d'administrations postales ont émis ou vont émettre des timbres sur ce thème, la plupart en reproduisant le logo officiel de ces 100 ans : Belarus, Monaco, République dominicaine, Serbie, Thaïlande, Bulgarie, Russie, Slovénie, Roumanie, Brésil, Uruguay, Israël, Chypre, Jordanie, Pakistan, Espagne, Bosnie-Herzégovine (Sarajevo), Émirats Arabes Unis, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Grèce... 
Le 18 juin 2026, la poste du Pakistan a mis en circulation 3 timbres (30 PKR, tirage : 30000) et 1 bloc-feuillet (30 PKR, tirage : 10000) consacré au 100ème anniversaire de la FIP, utilisés sur la lettre ci-dessus, incluant le TAD Premier Jour, envoyée le 19 juillet 2026 depuis Hyderabad. Conçue par Abu Obaidah Ayyaz et Hasnain Mahmud, cette série met en scène de jeunes philatélistes explorant avec enthousiasme un album de timbres, symbolisant la transmission du savoir et l'intérêt croissant des générations futures pour ce hobby.
L'emblème de la FIP associé au logo de ce 100ème anniversaire sont reproduits sur un des 3 timbres ainsi que dans la marge supérieure du bloc-feuillet, soulignant ainsi la participation du Pakistan à la communauté philatélique mondiale, en particulier via la Fédération de philatélie du Pakistan (créée en 1996), membre de la FIP.
Le 3ème timbre représente un collectionneur chevronné examinant attentivement un timbre à la loupe, reflétant le dévouement, la recherche et l'intérêt pour l'histoire qui caractérisent la philatélie.
The FIP is thus celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2026, and a number of postal administrations have issued - or will issue - stamps on this theme, most featuring the official 100th-anniversary logo: Belarus, Monaco, Dominican Republic, Serbia, Thailand, Bulgaria, Russia, Slovenia, Romania, Brazil, Uruguay, Israel, Cyprus, Jordan, Pakistan, Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina (Sarajevo), United Arab Emirates, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Greece, and others.
On June 18, 2026, Pakistan Post released three stamps (30 PKR, print run: 30,000) and one souvenir sheet (30 PKR, print run: 10,000) dedicated to the FIP's 100th anniversary; these appear on the cover above—with the First Day of Issue postmark—which was sent from Hyderabad on July 19, 2026. Designed by Abu Obaidah Ayyaz and Hasnain Mahmud, this series depicts young philatelists enthusiastically exploring a stamp album, symbolizing the passing on of knowledge and the growing interest of future generations in the hobby.
The FIP emblem, combined with the 100th-anniversary logo, appears on one of the three stamps and in the top margin of the souvenir sheet, highlighting Pakistan's participation in the global philatelic community—specifically through the Philatelic Federation of Pakistan (established in 1996), a FIP member.
The third stamp depicts an experienced collector carefully examining a stamp through a magnifying glass, reflecting the dedication, research, and appreciation for history that characterize philately.

Ali a utilisé d'autres timbres sur l'autre côté de son enveloppe ci-dessus. J'ai déjà évoqué sur ce blog le bloc-feuillet (20 PKR) au centre, émis le 21 juin 2008, le jour où Benazir Bhutto (1953-2007), assassinée le 27 décembre 2007, aurait eu 55 ans.
Le bloc-feuillet non dentelé (20 PKR) à droite, montrant une femme en prière devant le drapeau pakistanais, émis le 27 décembre 2008, commémore le premier anniversaire de la mort tragique de l'ancienne Premier ministre.
Le timbre (30 PKR, tirage : 30000) en haut à droite, avec vignette attenante, émis le 8 octobre 2025, est le tout premier timbre dans le monde consacré à la Journée mondiale de sensibilisation à la dyslexie.
Célébrée chaque année le 8 octobre, cette Journée vise à mettre en évidence les défis auxquels sont confrontées les personnes dyslexiques et à célébrer leurs talents uniques. Ce timbre mentionne un message compliqué à lire : "Vous trouvez cela difficile à lire. Imaginez si tout ce que vous lisiez ressemblait à cela".
Les 2 timbres se-tenant à gauche (30 PKR, tirage : 100000), avec vignette attenante (armoiries du Pakistan), émis le 14 août 2025, commémorent le 75ème anniversaire de l'établissement de relations diplomatiques entre le Pakistan et l'Indonésie, les deux pays musulmans les plus peuplés au monde.
Ces 2 timbres mettent à l'honneur deux monuments emblématiques : le Minar-e-Pakistan et le Monas (le Monument national d'Indonésie).
Le Minar-e-Pakistan est un grand minaret (62 mètres de haut) au parc Iqbal de Lahore, construit entre 1960 et 1968 en commémoration de la résolution de Lahore. 
Le Monumen Nasional, abrégé en Monas, est une tour de 137 mètres (avec une flamme au sommet) située à Jakarta au centre de la place Merdeka. Construit entre 1961 et 1975, ce monument symbolise la lutte pour l'indépendance de l'Indonésie.

The imperforate souvenir sheet (20 PKR) on the right, depicting a woman praying before the Pakistani flag, was issued on December 27, 2008, to commemorate the first anniversary of the former Prime Minister's tragic death.
The stamp (30 PKR, print run: 30,000) at the top right, with an attached label and issued on October 8, 2025, is the world's first stamp dedicated to World Dyslexia Awareness Day.
Observed annually on October 8, this day aims to highlight the challenges faced by people with dyslexia and to celebrate their unique talents. The stamp bears a message that is difficult to read: "You may find this hard to read. Imagine if everything you read looked like this".
The two se-tenant stamps on the left (30 PKR, print run: 100,000), featuring an attached label (the coat of arms of Pakistan) and issued on August 14, 2025, commemorate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Indonesia—the two most populous Muslim nations in the world.
These two stamps showcase iconic landmarks: the Minar-e-Pakistan and the Monas (the National Monument of Indonesia).
The Minar-e-Pakistan is a large minaret (62 meters tall) located in Lahore's Iqbal Park; it was built between 1960 and 1968 to commemorate the Lahore Resolution.
