Un grand merci Zhou pour cette lettre envoyée le 6 août 2019 depuis Tirana, la capitale albanaise, affranchie avec un timbre sur ce thème !
Le logo de la CEPT (qui figurait sur les timbres EUROPA émis avant 1993) ainsi que le logo de ce 50ème anniversaire de l'émission des premiers timbres EUROPA figurent sur ce timbre.
Le 1er octobre 2005, la poste albanaise a en effet mis en circulation 2 timbres + 1 bloc-feuillet (tirage : 510000) dont le timbre ci-dessus (500 lekë) a été extrait.
Je ne sais pas trop pourquoi mais ce timbre évoque le monde du cirque à travers cette œuvre du peintre français Georges Seurat (1859-1891) intitulée "Le Cirque" (1890, musée d'Orsay à Paris).
L'Albanie a émis ses premiers timbres EUROPA - CEPT en 1992 (2 timbres + 1 bloc-feuillet non dentelé) dont le thème était le 500ème anniversaire de la découverte de l'Amérique.

The CEPT logo (which was present on the EUROPA stamps issued before 1993) as well as the logo of this 50th anniversary of the issue of the first EUROPA stamps are present on this stamp.
On October 1, 2005, the Albanian Post indeed put into circulation two stamps + one souvenir sheet (print run: 510,000) from which the stamp above (500 lekë) was extracted.
I'm not sure why, but this stamp evokes circus through this work by the French painter Georges Seurat (1859-1891) entitled "The Circus" (1890, Musée d'Orsay in Paris).
Albania issued its first EUROPA - CEPT stamps in 1992 (2 stamps + 1 imperforated souvenir sheet), the theme of which was the 500th anniversary of the discovery of America.

Un grand merci Zhou pour cette jolie lettre envoyée en recommandé le 18 avril 2019 depuis la ville de Banja Luka, affranchie avec un timbre et le bloc-feuillet sur ce thème émis le 30 août 2005 par la poste de la Republika Srpska (Pošte Srpske), un des 3 opérateurs postaux de la Bosnie-Herzégovine (BiH), avec la poste croate de Mostar et la poste de la Fédération de BiH de Sarajevo.
Le logo de la CEPT (qui figurait sur les timbres EUROPA émis avant 1993) ainsi que le logo de ce 50ème anniversaire de l'émission des 1ers timbres EUROPA figurent sur ces timbres ainsi que dans les marges du bloc-feuillet.
La Pošte Srpske a mis en circulation 4 timbres (1,95 KM, tirage : 30000 chacun, conception : Radomir Bojanić / Nadežda Skočajić), également sous forme du bloc-feuillet ci-dessus, illustrant des sites naturels et des ponts de Bosnie-Herzégovine : forêt de Perućica (une des rares forêts primaires d'Europe, située dans le parc national de Sutjeska près de la frontière avec le Monténégro), rafting sur une des nombreuses rivières du pays, vieux pont de Mostar (qui n'est pas situé sur le territoire de la Republika Srpska) et pont Mehmed Pacha Sokolović construit en 1577 sur la rivière Drina à Višegrad.
A noter que ce dernier pont est également représenté sur un des 2 timbres EUROPA 2018 émis par la Pošte Srpske.
A noter enfin cette vignette de recommandé se terminant par QM alors que des vignettes similaires se terminent par BA dans les 2 autres entités de Bosnie-Herzégovine.
A big thank you Zhou for this nice letter sent by registered mail on April 18, 2019 from the city of Banja Luka, franked with a stamp and the souvenir sheet on this theme issued on August 30, 2005 by the Post of the Republika Srpska (Pošte Srpske), one of the 3 postal operators of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), with the Croatian Post Mostar and the Post of the BiH Federation of Sarajevo.

Le 20 juillet 2005 (avec un an d'avance ?), la poste moldave avait également commémoré ce 50ème anniversaire en mettant en circulation 2 timbres + 1 bloc-feuillet.
Un de ces timbres reproduisait le dessin qui figurait sur cette 1ère émission EUROPA mise en circulation le 15 septembre 1956 par les 6 pays membres de la Communauté européenne du charbon et de l'acier (CECA) : Belgique, France, Italie, Luxembourg, Pays-Bas et Allemagne de l'Ouest.
Ce timbre, représentant une tour formée du mot EUROPA et symbolisant la construction européenne, a été conçu par Daniel Gonzague, un jeune postier français, suite à un concours organisé par la CECA.
Un timbre presque similaire à celui émis en 2005 (sans le logo CEPT et le logo du 50ème anniversaire) figure sur l'entier postal ci-dessus (1,75L, tirage : 5000, conception : Lilian Iaţco), mis en circulation le 25 novembre 2016 à Chișinău (MD-2012) à l'occasion du 60ème anniversaire de l'émission des 1ers timbres EUROPA.

On 20 July 2005 (one year ahead ?), the Post of Moldova also commemorated this 50th anniversary by issuing two stamps + one souvenir sheet.
One of these stamps reproduced the drawing which appeared on this first EUROPA issue, put into circulation on September 15, 1956 by the six member countries of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC) : Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and West Germany.
That stamp, representing a tower formed by the word EUROPA and symbolizing the construction of Europe, was designed by Daniel Gonzague, a young French postman, following a competition organized by ECSC.
A stamp almost similar to the one issued in 2005 (without the CEPT logo and the 50th anniversary logo) appears on the prepaid envelope above (L 1.75, print run : 5,000, design : Lilian Iaţco), put into circulation on the November 25, 2016 in Chişinău (MD-2012) on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the issue of the first EUROPA stamps.

Sur cette enveloppe, Nicolae a utilisé aussi un des 2 timbres EUROPA émis le 5 avril 2016, reproduisant le dessin commun choisi cette année par PostEurop suite à un concours organisé justement pour célébrer les 60 ans de ces premiers timbres EUROPA.
La partie gauche de cette enveloppe représente les timbres EUROPA émis par la poste moldave depuis 1993 (à l'exception de ceux émis en 1994, 1999 et 2015).
Nicolae m'a également envoyé la carte ci-dessus (24/2015, conception : Alexandr Kornienko, tirage : 500) montrant également certains des timbres EUROPA émis par la poste moldave entre 1993 et 2015.
Curieusement, il manque aussi sur cette carte les timbres EUROPA émis en 2006, 2007 et 2010...
Sauf erreur de ma part, la poste moldave est la seule administration postale à avoir mis en circulation cette année une émission philatélique concernant ce 60ème anniversaire !
On this envelope, Nicolae also used one of the two EUROPA stamp issued on April 5, 2016, reproducing the joint design chosen this year by PostEurop following a contest organized rightly to celebrate the 60 years of these first EUROPA stamps.
The left part of this envelope is featuring the EUROPA stamps issued by the Post of Moldova since 1993 (with the exception of those issued in 1994, 1999 and 2015).
Nicolae also sent me the postcard above (24/2015, design : Alexandr Kornienko, print run : 500) also showing some of the EUROPA stamps issued by the Post of Moldova between 1993 and 2015.
Curiously, EUROPA stamps issued in 2006, 2007 and 2010 are also missing on this card...
Unless I'm mistaken, the Post of Moldova is the only postal administration to have released this year a philatelic issue regarding this 60th anniversary !
