"Covid-19 / Online Stamp Exhibition Busan 2020" postmarks on covers from Rep. of Korea

TAD "Covid-19 / Expo philatélique virtuelle Busan 2020" sur lettres de Corée du Sud

Du 21 septembre au 15 novembre 2020 a eu lieu, contexte sanitaire oblige, une exposition philatélique virtuelle dans la ville de Busan.
A cette occasion, un TAD spécial (un membre du personnel médical en train d'analyser un échantillon ?) a été mis en circulation le 1er jour de cette exposition, consacré en particulier à cette pandémie mondiale du virus Covid-19.
Ce TAD a été appliqué sur les 2 lettres spéciales ci-dessous, respectivement avec une encre rouge et noire. Merci beaucoup Ji-Ho !
Pour lutter contre cette pandémie, la Corée du Sud a introduit ce qui est aujourd'hui considéré comme l'un des programmes de lutte contre les épidémies les plus vastes et les mieux organisés au monde, avec Singapour, Taïwan et le Vietnam. 
From September 21 to November 15, 2020 took place, health context requires, a virtual philatelic exhibition in the city of Busan.
On this occasion, a special postmark (a member of the medical staff analyzing a sample?) was put into circulation on the first day of this exhibition, devoted in particular to this Covid-19 global pandemic.
This postmark has been applied to the two special covers below, respectively with red and black ink. Thank you very much Ji-Ho!
To tackle this pandemic, South Korea introduced what is today considered one of the largest and best organized epidemic control programs in the world, along with Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam.

Diverses mesures ont été ainsi prises pour tester en masse la population, isoler toutes les personnes infectées ainsi que tracer et mettre en quarantaine ceux avec qui elles ont été en contact, sans avoir recours à un confinement strict.
A ce jour, environ 90000 personnes ont été contaminées en Corée du Sud depuis le début de cette pandémie, 80300 ont été guéries et seulement 1595 décès ont été recensés (plus de 86000 en France...).
Sur ces 2 enveloppes, Ji-Ho a utilisé un timbre courant (380 won) mis en circulation le 1er juillet 2019 à l'occasion d'un changement des tarifs postaux.

To date, around 90,000 people have been infected in South Korea since the start of this pandemic, 80,300 have been cured and only 1,595 deaths have been recorded (more than 86,000 in France ...).
On these two envelopes, Ji-Ho used a definitive stamp (380 won) put into circulation on July 1, 2019 on the occasion of a change in postal rates.

 

Ce timbre (tirage : 10 millions, conception : Shin, Jae-yong), imprimé en feuille de 100 timbres, représente le Taegeukgi, le drapeau national de la Corée du Sud.
Sur fond blanc, un Taegeuk est inclus au centre, symbolisant la naissance de tous les êtres de l'univers et l'harmonie du yin et du yang. Les trigrammes aux quatre coins symbolisent chacun le ciel, la terre, l'eau et le feu.
Le roi Gojong a proclamé le Taegeukgi drapeau national en 1883, qui a ensuite été officiellement adopté par le gouvernement coréen en 1949.

This stamp (print run: 10 million, design: Shin, Jae-yong), printed in sheet of 100 stamps, depicts the Taegeukgi, the national flag of South Korea.

On a white background, a Taegeuk is included in the center, symbolizing the birth of all beings in the universe and the harmony of yin and yang. The trigrams at the four corners each symbolize heaven, earth, water and fire.

King Gojong proclaimed the Taegeukgi to be the national flag in 1883, which was then officially adopted by the Korean government in 1949.
