Presidential oath taking and "EMS Cooperative" joint stamp on FDCs from the Philippines

Prestation de serment présidentiel et timbre commun "Coopérative EMS" sur FDCs des Philippines

La Coopérative EMS (Express Mail Service), un organe de l'Union postale universelle (UPU) créé en 1999 à Beijing, regroupe aujourd'hui plus de 180 opérateurs postaux dans le monde, qui ont accepté de travailler ensemble pour fournir le produit postal transfrontalier EMS le plus rapide.
Le 10 septembre 2019, plusieurs administrations postales ont mis en circulation un timbre commun (conçu par l'UPU) consacré au 20ème anniversaire (jour pour jour) de la création de cette Coopérative EMS.
Sauf erreur de ma part, les 23 pays concernés par cette émission commune : Chili, Côte d’Ivoire, Chypre, Jordanie, Kazakhstan, Liban, Maldives, Malte, Centrafrique, Mongolie, Paraguay, Pérou, Philippines, Arabie Saoudite, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, Syrie, Togo, Trinité et Tobago, Tunisie, Turquie, Émirats Arabes Unis, Wallis et Futuna.
The EMS (Express Mail Service) Cooperative, an organ of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) created in 1999 in Beijing, consists of over 180 postal operators who have agreed to work together to provide the fastest EMS cross-border postal product.
On September 10, 2019, several postal administrations issued a joint stamp (designed by the UPU) devoted to the 20th anniversary (to the day) of the creation of this EMS Cooperative.
Unless I am mistaken, the 23 countries involved in this joint issue: Chile, Côte d'Ivoire, Cyprus, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Maldives, Malta, Central African Republic, Mongolia, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, Syria, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Wallis and Futuna.

Ce timbre commun représente une carte du monde avec le logo EMS dans la partie supérieure et la mention "Priorité à l'excellence 1999-2019 - Coopérative EMS de l'UPU" dans la langue du pays (ou en anglais), précédée par le drapeau de l'UPU et celui du pays émetteur.
Le timbre émis par la poste des Philippines (45 pesos) a été utilisé sur les 2 lettres ci-dessus et ci-dessous. Merci beaucoup Marlon !
Ces 2 enveloppes ont été envoyées depuis Manille le 17 novembre 2022, Premier Jour d'émission d'une série (2 timbres + 2 blocs-feuillets) consacrée à la prestation de serment du président et de la vice-présidente de la République des Philippines. 
Le timbre ci-dessus (12 pesos) montre en effet la prestation de serment du 17ème président des Philippines, Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Junior (né en 1957), également connu sous le nom de "Bong Bong" Marcos, le 30 juin 2022, devant le musée national des beaux-arts à Manille.
This joint stamp features a world map with the EMS logo at the top and the mention "Delivering Excellence 1999-2019 - UPU EMS Cooperative" in the language of the country (or in English), preceded by the UPU flag and the flag of the issuing country. 
The stamp issued by the Philippine Post (45 pesos) was used on the two covers above and below. Thank you very much Marlon!
These two envelopes were sent from Manila on November 17, 2022, First Day of issue of a series (2 stamps + 2 souvenir sheets) dedicated to the swearing in of the President and Vice-President of the Republic of the Philippines.
The above stamp (12 pesos) indeed shows the swearing in of the 17th President of the Philippines, Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Junior (b. 1957), also known as "Bong Bong" Marcos, on June 30, 2022, in front of the National Museum of Fine Arts in Manila.

 

Lors des élections du 9 mai 2022, Ferdinand Marcos Junior, fils de l'ex-dictateur Ferdinand Marcos, remporte en effet la présidence, tandis que la fille du président sortant, Sara Duterte, remporte la vice-présidence.
Sur le timbre, on voit le nouveau président prêter serment avec son épouse et ses 3 fils à ses côtés.
Ferdinand Marcos Junior, ancien député et sénateur, a été très critiqué pour ses manipulations historiques et son révisionnisme dans le but de blanchir l'image et la réputation de sa famille. Il a également été condamné pour fraude fiscale. 
Le 2ème timbre ci-dessus (12 pesos) représente la vice-présidente, Sara Duterte (née en 1978), lors de sa prestation de serment le 19 juin 2022, sur la place San Pedro de la ville de Davao dont elle fut maire lorsque son père, Rodrigo Duterte (représenté sur le timbre également), fut président de la République de 2016 à 2022.

In the elections of May 9, 2022, Ferdinand Marcos Junior, son of ex-dictator Ferdinand Marcos, indeed won the presidency, while the outgoing president's daughter, Sara Duterte, won the vice-presidency.

On the stamp, we see the new president taking the oath with his wife and 3 sons at his side.

Ferdinand Marcos Junior, a former deputy and senator, has been widely criticized for his historical manipulations and revisionism in an attempt to whitewash his family's image and reputation. He was also convicted of tax evasion.

The 2nd stamp above (12 pesos) represents the vice-president, Sara Duterte (born in 1978), during her swearing-in ceremony on June 19, 2022, at the San Pedro square in Davao City, of which she was mayor when his father, Rodrigo Duterte (also featured on the stamp), was President of the Republic from 2016 to 2022.
