"ASEAN Community" joint stamp on postal stationery from Thailand ("Four Nations Stamp Exhibition")

Timbre commun "Communauté de l'ASEAN" sur entier postal de Thaïlande ("Exposition philatélique des 4 nations")

Un grand merci Kevin pour l'envoi surprise de cet entier postal (avec timbre "Pavillon thaï - 2 baht", mis en circulation en 2019 sauf erreur) le 27 mars 2023 depuis Bangkok, le dernier jour de cette exposition philatélique des 4 nations.
Organisée du 25 au 27 mars 2023 dans l'édifice historique du Grand Postal Building (1940) à Bangkok, cette manifestation internationale réunissait des exposants venus de Thaïlande, Singapour, Indonésie et Malaisie.
Kevin a complété l'affranchissement avec en particulier 2 timbres identiques (15 baht), émis le 8 août 2015, commémorant le 48ème anniversaire de la création de l'ASEAN.
Ce timbre commun intitulé "Communauté de l'ASEAN" a été émis conjointement par les 10 pays membres de l'ASEAN (Thaïlande, Singapour, Vietnam, Malaisie, Indonésie, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodge, Laos, Brunei).
A big thank you Kevin for the surprise sending of this postal stationery (with stamp "Thai Pavilion - 2 baht", put into circulation in 2019 unless I am mistaken) on March 27, 2023 from Bangkok, the last day of this Four Nations Stamp Exhibition.
Organized from March 25 to 27, 2023 in the historic Grand Postal Building (1940) in Bangkok, this international event brought together exhibitors from Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Kevin completed the postage with in particular two identical stamps (15 baht), issued on August 8, 2015, commemorating the 48th anniversary of the creation of ASEAN.
This joint stamp entitled "ASEAN Community" was issued jointly by the 10 member countries of ASEAN (Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei).

Pour rappel, ce timbre commun était consacré à la création d'une communauté économique entre ces 10 pays du sud-est asiatique, qui a vu officiellement le jour le 31 décembre 2015.
Suite à un concours, c'est la proposition de la poste vietnamienne (Vu Kim Lien, une sorte de fleurs avec des pétales arborant les drapeaux des 10 pays membres, sur fond de colombes de la paix) qui a été retenue parmi 30 projets. 
Le timbre en haut à gauche (3 baht, employés postaux + logo), émis le 29 août 2022, commémore le 60ème anniversaire de la création de l'Union postale de l'Asie et du Pacifique (APPU) réunissant 32 états membres (Asie du sud et sud-est, Océanie) actuellement et dont le siège est à Bangkok.
Le dernier timbre ci-dessus (5 baht) a été émis le 5 décembre 2019 à l'occasion de la fête nationale, le 5 décembre faisant référence au jour de naissance du roi Rama IX en 1927. Ce timbre reproduit un timbre émis le 5 décembre 1967, pour le 50ème anniversaire de l'adoption du drapeau national. 
As a reminder, this joint stamp was devoted to the creation of an economic community between these 10 Southeast Asian countries, which was officially launched on December 31, 2015.
Following a competition, the Vietnamese Post's proposal (Vu Kim Lien, a kind of flower with petals displaying the flags of the 10 member countries, with doves of peace in the background) was selected from among 30 projects.
The upper left stamp (3 baht, postal employees + logo), issued on August 29, 2022, commemorates the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Asian-Pacific Postal Union (APPU) bringing together 32 member states (South and Southeast Asia, Oceania) currently and headquartered in Bangkok.
The last stamp above (5 baht) was issued on December 5, 2019 on the occasion of the National Day, December 5 referring to the birthday of King Rama IX in 1927. This stamp reproduces a stamp issued on the December 5, 1967, for the 50th anniversary of the adoption of the national flag.

Au dos de cet entier postal ci-dessus, plusieurs cachets ont été appliqués, en particulier (en haut), reproduisant le logo de cette exposition philatélique des 4 nations (mains serrées) et l'édifice du Grand Postal Building qui l'accueillait.
En bas les 3 cachets différents mis en circulation les 3 jours de cette exposition, année du lapin (25 mars 2023), détail architectural de l'entrée principale du Grand Postal Building (26 mars 2023) et composition avec 5 mains et le nom des 4 pays participants (27 mars 2023). L'année 2023 correspond en Thaïlande à l'année 2566 d'après le calendrier bouddhiste.
On the back of this postal stationery above, several cachets have been applied, in particular (at the top), reproducing the logo of this Four Nations Stamp Exhibition (shaked hands) and the building of the Grand Postal Building which hosted it.
Below the 3 different cachets put into circulation over the 3 days of this exhibition, Year of the Rabbit (March 25, 2023), architectural detail of the main entrance to the Grand Postal Building (March 26, 2023) and composition with 5 hands and the names of the 4 participating countries (March 27, 2023). The year 2023 corresponds in Thailand to the year 2566 according to the Buddhist calendar.
