Enveloppe pré-timbrée "Expo philatélique Allemagne-Brésil" d'Allemagne
L'année 2024 marque le 200ème anniversaire de l'émigration allemande au Brésil et à cette occasion, une exposition philatélique Allemagne-Brésil "DEBRA 2024" était organisée du 27 au 30 juin 2024 dans la ville de Haldensleben (Land de Saxe-Anhalt).
A noter que les administrations postales des 2 pays ont émis des timbres et blocs-feuillets (graphisme différent) consacrés à ce 200ème anniversaire.
São Leopoldo, dans le Vale dos Sinos, Rio Grande do Sul, a été le point de départ d'une aventure humaine qui a transformé une partie de l'histoire du Brésil, à partir de 1824, avec la fondation de la première colonie d'immigrants allemands dans le pays. Le Brésil venait de se rendre indépendant du Portugal, et l'empereur Dom Pedro Ier décida, avec les allemands, d'enclencher un programme d'immigration vers le Sud.
Dans les 50 premières années du mouvement migratoire, arrivèrent au Rio Grande do Sul entre 20000 et 28000 allemands qui, presque tous, décidèrent de se consacrer à l'agriculture.
The year 2024 marks the 200th anniversary of German emigration to Brazil and on this occasion, a Germany-Brazil philatelic exhibition "DEBRA 2024" was organized from June 27 to 30, 2024 in the city of Haldensleben (State of Saxony-Anhalt).
Note that the postal administrations of the two countries issued stamps and souvenir sheets (different designs) dedicated to this 200th anniversary.
São Leopoldo, in Vale dos Sinos, Rio Grande do Sul, was the starting point of a human adventure that transformed part of the history of Brazil, from 1824, with the founding of the first colony of German immigrants in the country. Brazil had just become independent from Portugal, and Emperor Dom Pedro I decided, with the Germans, to initiate an immigration program to the South.
In the first 50 years of the migratory movement, between 20,000 and 28,000 Germans arrived in Rio Grande do Sul, almost all of whom decided to devote themselves to agriculture.
Vers la fin du 19ème siècle, plus de 210000 allemands étaient durablement installés au Brésil (ce chiffre est estimé à plus de 350000 dans les années 1960). Cette vague migratoire fut ainsi très fructueuse, car les migrants allemands contribuèrent au développement économique du Brésil.
Parmi ces migrants, Hermann Blumenau (1819-1899), natif également du Land de Saxe-Anhalt, qui fut administrateur et chimiste, fondateur en 1850 de la ville brésilienne de Blumenau (270000 habitants aujoud'hui), dans l'État de Santa Catarina.
Hermann Blumenau est à l'honneur sur le TAD spécial (conception : Wittmann Medien) de la Deutsche Post appliqué le 27 juin 2024 sur l'enveloppe pré-timbrée ci-dessus, pendant cette expo "DEBRA 2024" à Haldensleben. Merci beaucoup Olivier !
Cette enveloppe (0,85€), mise en circulation le 6 juin 2024, a été conçue à partir du timbre "Journée du Timbre 2024 - America's First" (conception : Hanno Schabacker) émis le 4 avril 2024.
Cette enveloppe mentionne également le 50ème anniversaire du groupe de travail sur le Brésil au sein de l'association des philatélistes allemands ("BDPh e. V.").
Towards the end of the 19th century, more than 210,000 Germans were permanently settled in Brazil (this figure is estimated at more than 350,000 in the 1960s). This migratory wave was thus very fruitful, because German migrants contributed to the economic development of Brazil.
Among these migrants, Hermann Blumenau (1819-1899), also born in the state of Saxony-Anhalt, who was an administrator and chemist, founder in 1850 of the Brazilian city of Blumenau (270,000 inhabitants today), in the state of Santa Catarina.
Hermann Blumenau is in the spotlight on the special postmark (design: Wittmann Medien) of the Deutsche Post applied on June 27, 2024 on the prepaid envelope above, during this "DEBRA 2024" exhibition in Haldensleben. Thank you very much Olivier!
This cover (€0.85), put into circulation on June 6, 2024, was designed from the "Stamp Day 2024 - America's First cover" stamp (design: Hanno Schabacker) issued on April 4, 2024.
This cover also mentions the 50th anniversary of the Brazil Working Group within the Association of German Philatelists ("BDPh e. V.").
