Série "Faune d'Ouzbékistan - Chats" sur lettre d'Ouzbékistan

Le 26 octobre 2021, la poste d'Ouzbékistan (Oʻzbekiston) a mis en circulation une série (2 timbres) consacrée à la faune et en particulier à 2 races de chats ("mushuk" en ouzbek) domestiques.
Ces 2 timbres (illustrateur : Mulla-Akhunov D., tirage : 8000 chacun), imprimés dans un même feuillet composé de 8 timbres (4 de chaque), ont été utilisés sur cette lettre envoyée le 7 juin 2023 depuis Tachkent, la capitale. Merci beaucoup Terence !
Les 2 races à l'honneur ici sont le persan (7600 UZS) et le bengal (5900 UZS). 
On October 26, 2021, the Post of Uzbekistan (Oʻzbekiston) put into circulation a series (2 stamps) dedicated to fauna and in particular to two breeds of domestic cats ("mushuk" in Uzbek).
These two stamps (illustrator: Mulla-Akhunov D., print run: 8,000 each), printed in the same sheetlet consisting of 8 stamps (4 of each), have been used on this cover sent on June 7, 2023 from Tashkent, the capital. Thank you very much Terrence!

Le chat persan est une race à poil long originaire d'Iran, avec une silhouette toute en rondeur et sa tête au museau très court. Reconnue depuis la fin du 19ème siècle, cette race est d'abord modifiée par les britanniques, puis essentiellement aux USA après la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Cette race est la plus vendue dans le monde.
Le chat bengal est une race originaire des USA, de taille moyenne à grande, caractérisée par sa fourrure ressemblant à celle du chat léopard du Bengale, une espèce de chat sauvage dont il est issu, par croisement avec des chats domestiques.

Recognized since the end of the 19th century, this breed was first modified by the British, then mainly in the USA after the Second World War. This breed is the most sold in the world.
The Bengal cat is a breed originating from the USA, medium to large in size, characterized by its fur resembling that of the Bengal leopard cat, a species of wild cat from which it is descended, by crossbreeding with domestic cats.
