Les 5 timbres de grand format à 7 P, dont 4 différents, constituent la série émise en 2007 (à quelle date précisément ?) commémorant les 60 ans de la DBP (Development Bank of the Philippines).
La DBP est une banque gouvernementale qui a été fondée pour développer dans le pays une croissance économique durable en proposant aux philippins des offres de financement à moyen et long terme.

The five large format stamps (P 7 each), including four differents, form the series issued in 2007 (when exactly ?) commemorating the 60 years of the DBP (Development Bank of the Philippines).
The DBP is a government-owned bank that was founded to develop in the country a sustainable economic growth by proposing to Filipino medium and long term offers of financing.
La DBP a plus exactement été créée en 1958 après la réorganisation de la RFC (Rehabilitation Finance Corporation) fondée elle en 1947, d'où ces 60 ans célébrés sur ces 4 timbres. La RFC ayant elle-même succédé à la NLIB (National Loan and Investment Board) fondée en 1935 puis à l'AIB (Agricultural and Industrial Bank) fondée en 1939.Le logo actuel de cette banque, qui figure sur les 4 timbres, est constitué d'un carré avec des flèches aux 4 coins symbolisant les 4 organismes décrits plus haut.
Les 2 timbres sur fond marron montrent un bâtiment ancien abritant les services de la RFC.
Celui sur fond vert représente le siège actuel de la DBP à Makati city. Je ne sais pas quel bâtiment est illustré sur le timbre en bas à gauche ? Je suppose que le timbre sur fond bleu montre le logo de cet anniversaire ?
A noter que ces 4 timbres ont également été émis dans un bloc-feuillet et que 3 timbres consacrés à la DBP avaient déjà été émis par la poste philippine en 1969.
Enfin, j'ai déjà évoqué le dernier timbre en haut à gauche, émis en 2007, faisant partie de la série courante représentant des oiseaux locaux (hirondelle rustique ici).
The DBP has been more exactly established in 1958 after the reorganization of the RFC (Rehabilitation Finance Corporation), founded itself in 1947, explaining this 60 years celebration on these four stamps. The RFC had itself succeeded the NLIB (National Loan and Investment Board), founded in 1935 and then the AIB (Agricultural and Industrial Bank) founded in 1939.
The current logo of the bank, which appears on the four stamps, consists of a square with arrows at the four corners symbolizing the four companies described above.
The two stamps with brown background at the top show an old building housing the services of the RFC.
The green background's one represents the current DBP headquarters in Makati City. I don't know which building is shown on the stamp in the lower left ? I suppose that the stamp with a blue background is showing the logo of this Anniversary ?
Note that these four stamps were also issued in a souvenir sheet and three stamps about the DBP had already been issued by the Philippines Post in 1969.
Finally, I've already mentioned the last stamp in the upper left, issued in 2007 as part of the definitive series representing local birds (Barn Swallow here).
