Pour rappel, afin de célébrer le 60ème anniversaire de l'émission des premiers timbres EUROPA, l'organisation postale PostEurop a organisé un concours pour désigner le dessin commun reproduit sur les émissions EUROPA en 2016 ayant pour thème l'écologie ("Think Green").
C'est le projet de la poste chypriote (auteur : Doxia Sergidou) qui a été retenu, symbolisant la responsabilité de l'homme (à travers une main) pour transformer le gris (pollution de l'environnement) en vert (énergies renouvelables, sport dans un milieu eco-friendly).
La poste du Belarus a mis en circulation ce timbre (tarif permanent "P", 14400 roubles actuellement, envoi jusqu'à 20g à l'étranger par voie aérienne) le 5 avril 2016.
As a reminder, in order to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the issue of the first EUROPA stamps, the postal organization PostEurop organized a competition to designate the joint design reproduced on the EUROPA stamps in 2016 on the theme of ecology ("Think Green").
It is the project of Cyprus Post (author : Doxia Sergidou) which was chosen, symbolizing man's responsibility (through a human hand) to turn gray (environmental pollution) into green (renewable energy, sport in an eco-friendly environment).
The Post of Belarus has released that stamp (permanent rate "P", 14,400 rubles currently, airmail tariff for a letter up to 20g abroad) on April 5, 2016.
Comme de nombreuses autres administrations postales, la poste du Belarus a également émis un 2ème timbre (tarif permanent "H", 12600 roubles actuellement, envoi jusqu'à 20g à l'étranger par voie terrestre) incluant également le logo EUROPA.
Ce timbre, conçu par Yauheniya Biadonik (l'auteur des timbres EUROPA émis en 2015), est également consacré à la protection de l'environnement avec cette jeune fille en trottinette évoluant dans un environnement sain (énergie solaire, usine de recyclage).
Ces 2 timbres ont été émis chacun en feuillet de 6 timbres (tirage : 48000 timbres chacun) ainsi que dans le même bloc-feuillet (tirage : 12000 blocs) utilisé pour affranchir la jolie lettre ci-dessus envoyée en recommandé le 1er jour d'émission de Minsk. Merci beaucoup Alexander !
A noter le TAD Premier Jour de Minsk à gauche (également conçu par Yauheniya Biadonik) sur cette enveloppe, ainsi que le TAD spécial du bureau de poste central de Minsk, en date du 5 mars 2016 (l'employé à semble-t-il oublié de changer de mois...) !

That stamp, designed by Yauheniya Biadonik (author of the EUROPA stamps issued in 2015) is also dedicated to the protection of the environment with this girl on scooter moving in a healthy environment (solar energy, recycling plant).
These two stamps were issued each in of 6 stamps sheet (print run : 48,000 stamps each) as well as in the same sheetlet (print run : 12,000 sheetlets) used to frank the beautiful letter above sent from Minsk by registered mail on the first day of issue. Thank you very much Alexander !
To note the FDC cancellation from Minsk to the left (also designed by Yauheniya Biadonik) on this envelope, as well as the special postmark from the Minsk central post office, dated March 5, 2016 (it seems the postal employee forgot to change the month...) !
