"Gheorghe Vrabie - 85 years since his birth" postmark on prepaid cover from Moldova

TAD "Gheorghe Vrabie - 85 ans de sa naissance" sur enveloppe pré-timbrée de Moldavie

Le 21 mars 2024, la poste moldave a mis en circulation un TAD consacré à l'artiste Gheorghe Vrabie (1939-2016) à l'occasion du 85ème anniversaire (jour pour jour) de sa naissance.
Gheorghe Vrabie est très connu dans le pays pour avoir créé les armoiries du pays, représentées au centre du drapeau national de la République de Moldavie.
Ces armoiries, adoptées le 13 juillet 1990, sont constituées d'un écu rouge et bleu (tête d'aurochs avec entre ses cornes un soleil, à sa gauche une rose à cinq pétales d'or, et à sa droite, un croissant de lune) posé sur un aigle d'or (ou aigle royal) tenant dans son bec une croix et dans ses griffes, un rameau de laurier de sinople et un sceptre d'or.
D'après Gheorghe Vrabie, l'aigle symbolise l'origine latine du peuple moldave.
Ce TAD, conçu par Eugeniu Verebceanu, a été appliqué par le bureau principal de Chișinău (MD-2012) sur l'enveloppe pré-timbrée ci-dessous. Merci beaucoup Nicolae !
On March 21, 2024, the Post of Moldova put into circulation a postmark dedicated to the artist Gheorghe Vrabie (1939-2016) on the occasion of the 85th anniversary (to the day) of his birth.
Gheorghe Vrabie is well known in the country for creating the country's coat of arms, represented in the center of the national flag of the Republic of Moldova.
This coat of arms, adopted on July 13, 1990, is made of a red and blue shield (head of aurochs with a sun between its horns, a five-petaled gold rose on its left, and on its right, a crescent of moon) placed on a golden eagle holding in its beak a cross and in its claws, a branch of laurel and a golden scepter.
According to Gheorghe Vrabie, the eagle symbolizes the Latin origin of Moldovan people.
This postmark, designed by Eugeniu Verebceanu, was applied by the main post office of Chișinău (MD-2012) to the prepaid envelope below. Thank you very much Nicolae!

 

Cette enveloppe pré-timbrée (valable pour un envoi domestique jusqu'à 20g - 1,75 L), émise le 21 mars 2019, était consacrée au 80ème anniversaire de la naissance de Gheorghe Vrabie.
Conçue par Vitaliu Pogolșa, cette enveloppe (tirage : 10000, prix de vente : 3 L) comporte un timbre pré-imprimé montrant un portrait de Gheorghe Vrabie, l'illustration à gauche le représentant plus âgé devant le drapeau national de la République de Moldavie.
Nicolae a eu la bonne idée d'ajouter les 2 timbres se-tenant (extraits ici d'un feuillet de 6 timbres, avec encoches sur dentelures verticales) émis le 3 novembre 2010, consacrés au 20ème anniversaire de l'adoption du drapeau national (4,50 L) et des armoiries (1,20 L).
