100 Years of the Bank of China - Special cover

Lors des 100 dernières années, la Bank of China (la plus ancienne du pays, fondée en 1912 à Pékin) est devenue l'une des 4 grandes banques commerciales d'état en Chine, la 8ème banque dans le monde par sa capitalisation boursière (introduite en bourse en 2006) et le 2ème plus important organisme de prêt dans le pays.
Cette établissement bancaire joue donc un rôle majeur dans le développement économique actuel de la Chine et c'est donc en toute logique que la poste chinoise a émis, le 5 février 2012, une série de 2 timbres consacrée à ce 100ème anniversaire.
During the last 100 years, the Bank of China (the country's oldest bank, founded in 1912 in Beijing) has become one of the four major state commercial banks in China, the eighth bank in the world for its market capitalization (IPO in 2006) and the second largest lending institution in the country.
This bank plays a major role in the current economic development of China and it is therefore rather logical that China Post has issued on February 5, 2012, a set of two stamps dedicated to this 100th anniversary.

Ces 2 timbres (1, 20 et 1,50 yuan) figurent sur l'enveloppe ci-dessus (provenant de la branche de la Bank of China à Shanghai) postée de Shanghai le 1er jour d'émission.

A noter l'oblitération spéciale (différent du timbre à date Premier Jour) reproduisant le logo de la Bank of China.
Le timbre à droite représente le siège ultramoderne actuel de la Bank of China à Pékin par l'architecte Pei.
Je ne sais malheureusement pas quel édifice figure sur l'autre timbre ? peut-être le bâtiment initial de la banque ?
A noter enfin que la Bank of China a également des ramifications dans le monde (4% de son activité), en particulier dans 25 pays dont la France.
These two stamps (1.20 and 1.50 yuan) appear on the envelope above (from the Shanghai Branch of the Bank of China) mailed from Shanghai the first day of issue.

To note the special postmark (different from the official First Day cancellation) depicting the logo of the Bank of China
The stamp to the right features the current ultramodern headquarters of the Bank of China in Beijing by architect Pei.
Unfortunately I don't know which building is depicted on the other stamp ? maybe the original HQ of the bank ?
Finally, to note that the Bank of China ha also many ramifications in the world (4% of its business), in 25 countries including France.
