EUROPA 2019 (National birds) stamp set on FDC from Bosnia & Herzegovina (HP Mostar)

Série EUROPA 2019 (Oiseaux nationaux) sur FDC de Bosnie-Herzégovine (HP Mostar)

Heureux de partager avec vous cet élégant FDC officiel du 30 avril 2019 avec TAD (plumes) de Mostar, concernant la série EUROPA (2 timbres) dédiée cette année-là aux oiseaux nationaux.
Ces 2 timbres ont été mis en circulation par la poste croate de Mostar (HP Mostar), un des 3 opérateurs postaux de la Bosnie-Herzégovine (BiH), avec la poste de la Republika Srpska (Pošte Srpske) et la poste de la Fédération de BiH de Sarajevo.
J'ai lu ici ou là que la chouette de l'Oural (Strix uralensis) était considérée comme l'oiseau national de la Bosnie-Herzégovine, sans semble-t-il que cela ait un caractère officiel...
Ces 2 timbres (3 BAM, tirage : 20000 chacun), conçus par Kristina Ćavar, représentent 2 des principales espèces de mésanges vivant en Europe, la mésange bleue (Cyanistes caeruleus) et la mésange charbonnière (Parus major). 
Happy to share with you this elegant official FDC of April 30, 2019 with cancellation (feathers) from Mostar, concerning the EUROPA series (2 stamps) dedicated that year to national birds.
These 2 stamps were put into circulation by the Croatian Post of Mostar (HP Mostar), one of the 3 postal operators of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), with the Post of the Republika Srpska (Pošte Srpske) and the Post of the BiH Federation in Sarajevo.
I have read here and there that the Ural Owl (Strix uralensis) was considered as the national bird of Bosnia and Herzegovina, apparently without any official status ...
These 2 stamps (3 BAM, print run: 20,000 each), designed by Kristina Ćavar, are featuring two of the main species of tit living in Europe, the Eurasiean blue tit (Cyanistes caeruleus) and the great tit (Parus major).

 

Comme les années précédentes (sauf en 2016), ces 2 timbres ont été émis se-tenant dans une même feuille composée de 8 timbres (4 paires + 2 vignettes centrales). La nouveauté est que ces 2 timbres ont également été émis dans un même bloc-feuillet (tirage : 10000 blocs-feuillets).
La mésange charbonnière et la mésange bleue construisent leurs nids dans la nature principalement dans les nids des pics abandonnés qu'ils recouvrent de mousse et de poils d'animaux. Ils pondent 5 à 12 œufs, et assez rapidement après l'éclosion, les jeunes poussins quittent le nid.
A noter enfin qu'une vingtaine de pays ou territoires émettant des timbres EUROPA cette année, incluant la poste croate de Mostar, participent au projet "Europa Bird Stamps 2019" consistant à scanner les timbres (via une application gratuite CEE-app) pour écouter le chant des oiseaux.

As in previous years (except in 2016), these 2 stamps were issued se-tenant in the same sheetlet composed of 8 stamps (4 pairs + 2 central labels). The novelty is that these 2 stamps were also issued in the same souvenir sheet (print run: 10,000 souvenir sheets).

The great tit and the Eurasian blue tit build their nests in the wild mainly in the abandoned woodpeckers' nest holes that they cover with moss and animal hairs. They lay 5-12 eggs, and fairly soon upon hatching, the young chicks leave the nest.
Finally, to note that about twenty countries or territories issuing EUROPA stamps this year, including the Croatian Post of Mostar, are participating in the "Europa Bird Stamps 2019" project consisting in scanning the stamps (via a free CEE-Application) to listen to the birds singing.
