"Fête du Timbre 2020" stamp and souvenir sheet on FDC from France

Timbre et bloc-feuillet "Fête du Timbre 2020" sur FDC de France

Après les voitures de rallye en 2018 et les voitures de style en 2019, les voitures anciennes et les vacances était le thème retenu pour la Fête du Timbre, qui devait initialement se dérouler les 28 et 29 mars 2020, dans 87 villes à travers la France.
Mais cette manifestation a dû être reportée à cause de l'épidémie de Covid-19 et la crise sanitaire liée, organisée finalement dans 58 villes, entre le 26 septembre et le 11 octobre 2020...
Pour rappel, cette manifestation philatélique, qui a lieu chaque année depuis 1938 à l'initiative de la FFAP ("Fédération Française des Associations Philatéliques"), était appelée "Journée du Timbre" jusqu'en 1999. L'émission d'un timbre spécifique concernant cette Journée n'aura lieu qu'en 1944.

But this event had to be postponed because of the Covid-19 epidemic and the related health crisis, finally organized in 58 cities, between September 26 and October 11, 2020 ...
As a reminder, this philatelic event, which takes place every year since 1938 at the initiative of the FFAP ("French Federation of Philatelic Associations"), was called "Journée du Timbre" ("Stamp Day") until 1999. The issue of a specific stamp devoted to this Stamp Day only took place in 1944.

Comme les années précédentes, un timbre (0,97€, tirage : 900000) et un bloc-feuillet (1,94€, tirage : 400000) ont été mis en circulation le 28 mars 2020, conçus par l'illustrateur Gérard Crevon de Blainville, avec la mise à l'honneur de deux voitures légendaires et symbolisant la route des vacances : la Peugeot 204 cabriolet et la Peugeot 404 Berline.
A noter que cette émission s'inscrit dans les célébrations des 100 ans d'existence du constructeur automobile Peugeot.
Le bloc-feuillet figure sur le pli Premier Jour ci-dessus, avec TAD de Lyon (69), conçu par Sophie Beaujard à partir du logo utilisé par Peugeot entre 1960 et 1970, lorsque ces 2 modèles 204 et 404 ont été produits en grand nombre.
Le 26 septembre 2020, le même timbre (gravé par Sophie Beaujard) consacré à la Peugeot 204 cabriolet a été réémis (avec une valeur faciale de 1,16€), en bloc de 6 timbres ayant la forme d'une borne kilométrique (N7 - la route des vacances ou la route bleue).
C'est un de ces timbres qui figure également sur le FDC ci-dessus. 
As in previous years, a stamp (€ 0.97, print run: 900,000) and a souvenir sheet (€ 1.94, print run: 400,000) were put into circulation on March 28, 2020, designed by illustrator Gérard Crevon de Blainville, featuring two legendary French cars symbolizing the holiday route: the Peugeot 204 Cabriolet and the Peugeot 404 Berline.
To note that this issue is part of the celebrations of the 100 years of existence of French car manufacturer Peugeot.
The souvenir sheet is present on the First Day cover above, with postmarks from Lyon (69), designed by Sophie Beaujard from the logo used by Peugeot between 1960 and 1970, when these two models 204 and 404 were produced in large number.
On September 26, 2020, the same stamp (engraved by Sophie Beaujard) dedicated to the Peugeot 204 Cabriolet was reissued (with a nominal value of € 1.16), in a minisheet of 6 stamps in the shape of a milestone (N7 - the vacation route or the blue route).
It is one of those stamps which is also present on the FDC above.

 

Comme les années précédentes, à partir de 8€ d'achat lors de cette manifestation auprès des associations philatéliques locales (Philapostel Rhône-Alpes à Lyon), l'entier postal (tarif "Lettre Verte", tirage limité) ci-dessus était offert, avec le timbre "Peugeot 204 cabriolet" pré-imprimé, et TAD de Lyon ici.
Le recto de cet entier postal (ci-dessous) reproduit le dessin original de ce timbre "Peugeot 204 cabriolet", avec la mention "Le timbre prend la route". 
Cet entier postal rappelle également que la Fête du Timbre fêtait son 20ème anniversaire cette année et à noter la présence sur de cette même borne kilométrique N7 sur le timbre (avec mention de la ville de Menton, également représentée dans le fond).
As in previous years, for a minimum of €8.00 purchased during this event from local philatelic associations ("Philapostel Rhône-Alpes" in Lyon), the postal stationery ("Green Letter" rate, limited edition) above was offered for free, with the pre-printed "Peugeot 204 Cabriolet" stamp, and the same cancellation from Lyon here.
The front of this postal stationary (below) reproduces the original design of this "Peugeot 204 Cabriolet" stamp, with the mention "The stamp takes the road" in French.
This postal stationery also reminds that the "Fête du Timbre" celebrated its 20th anniversary this year and to note the presence on this same N7 milestone on the stamp (with mention of the city of Menton, also represented in the background).
