En 2020, de nombreuses administrations postales ont émis ou vont émettre des timbres consacrés au 75ème anniversaire de la création des Nations Unies : Kirghizstan, Slovaquie, Russie, Moldavie, Belarus, Administration postale des Nations Unies, Belgique, Kazakhstan, Allemagne, Luxembourg, Autriche, Portugal, Turquie, Slovénie, Tunisie, Italie, Serbie, Myanmar, Pologne, Pakistan, Oman, Liban, Irak, Émirats Arabes Unis, Singapour, Inde, Azerbaïdjan, Monaco, Monténégro, Maroc, Bosnie-Herzégovine (République serbe), Bulgarie...
Pour rappel, 51 pays ont fondé l'Organisation des Nations Unies en 1945 suite à la ratification de la Charte des Nations Unies à San Francisco le le 24 octobre 1945.
La Yougoslavie fut l'un de ces pays fondateurs et la Slovénie est membre des Nations Unies depuis le 22 mai 1992, après l'indépendance du pays et la désintégration de la Yougoslavie.
L'administration postale de Slovénie a mis en circulation, le 24 octobre 2020, un timbre consacré à ce 75ème anniversaire des Nations Unies.

As a reminder, 51 countries founded the United Nations in 1945 following the ratification of the United Nations Charter in San Francisco on October 24, 1945.
Yugoslavia was one of these founding countries and Slovenia has been a member of the United Nations since May 22, 1992, after the country's independence and the disintegration of Yugoslavia.
On October 24, 2020, the Slovenian postal administration put into circulation a stamp dedicated to this 75th anniversary of the United Nations.

 

Ce timbre (1,22€, tirage : 40000), conçu par Matjaž Učakar, a été utilisé sur la lettre ci-dessus envoyée le 27 octobre 2020 depuis la ville de Kranj. Merci beaucoup Petra !
Ce timbre comporte le logo officiel de ce 75ème anniversaire des Nations Unies (emblème des Nations Unies, mention "UN75", avec slogan associé "Façonnons notre avenir ensemble" en slovène).
Je ne comprends pas vraiment le sens de cette main multicolore même si je suppose qu'elle symbolise la diversité des 193 pays membres de cette organisation dont le principal objectif est le développement de relations amicales entre les nations et la coopération internationale pour résoudre les problèmes mondiaux et la promotion des droits de l'homme... 

La Slovénie a été membre non permanent du Conseil de Sécurité des Nations Unies sur la période 1998-1999 et le pays est actif au sein de cette institution, en particulier concernant le maintien de la paix et la prévention des conflits ainsi que la protection de l'environnement et le soutien aux 17 objectifs de développement durable, définis en 2015.

This stamp features the official logo of the 75th anniversary of the United Nations (United Nations emblem, mention "UN75", with the associated slogan "Shaping our future together" in Slovene).

I don't really understand the meaning of this multicolored hand even if I suppose it symbolizes the diversity of the 193 member countries of this organization whose main objective is the development of friendly relations between nations and international cooperation to solve world problems and the promotion of human rights ...

Slovenia was a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council over the period 1998-1999 and the country is active within this institution, in particular concerning the maintenance of peace and the prevention of conflicts as well as the protection of the environment and support for the 17 sustainable development goals, defined in 2015.
