Merci beaucoup Sabri pour cette nouvelle lettre d'Albanie, envoyée en juillet 2021 (TAD bleu peu net) depuis la ville de Sarandë, ville portuaire et une station balnéaire du sud-ouest du pays.
Le timbre à gauche (50 lekë, conception : Artion Baboçi, tirage : 203000), faisant partie d'une série (3 timbres) consacrée à différents événements historiques, émise le 14 décembre 2018, évoque le 400ème anniversaire de la publication de la première bible en albanais.
Il s'agissait en fait d'un ouvrage intitulé "Dottrina cristiana" ("Doctrine chrétienne") publié en italien en 1618 par le prêtre et théologien italien Roberto Bellarmino (1542-1621), avec une traduction en albanais. 
Thank you very much Sabri for this new letter from Albania, sent in July 2021 (the blue postmark is not very clear) from the city of Sarandë, port city and a seaside resort in the southwest of the country.
The stamp on the left (50 lekë, design: Artion Baboçi, print run: 203,000), part of a series (3 stamps) devoted to various historical events, issued on December 14, 2018, commemorates the 400th anniversary of the publication of the first bible in Albanian.
It was actually a work entitled "Dottrina cristiana" ("Christian Doctrine") published in Italian in 1618 by the Italian priest and theologian Roberto Bellarmino (1542-1621), with a translation into Albanian.

L'autre timbre (80 lekë, conception : Naji Bakalli, tirage : 353800) fait partie d'une série (2 timbres + 1 bloc-feuillet) émise le 14 octobre 2014, consacrée au 400ème anniversaire de la Convention (ou Assemblée) de Kuçi ("Kuvendi i Kuçit" en albanais).
Cette Convention fut une assemblée interrégionale (pan-balkanique) ayant eu lieu du 14 au 15 juillet 1614, organisée par la tribu de Kuçi dans la région de Malësia, dans l'extrême nord de l'Albanie et du Monténégro. Une 2ème assemblée a eu lieu le 8 septembre 1614 qui a réaffirmé les décisions de l'assemblée de juillet.
Dans les deux assemblées, l'un de ses principaux organisateurs était Lala Drekali, chef de la tribu de Kuçi, l'objectif de cette assemblée étantt d'obtenir l'aide de la papauté et du duc de Parme dans la lutte contre la domination ottomane. Bien que des promesses aient été faites par les puissances européennes, aucune aide n'est arrivée... 
The other stamp (80 lekë, design: Naji Bakalli, print run: 353,800) is part of a series (2 stamps + 1 souvenir sheet) issued on October 14, 2014, dedicated to the 400th anniversary of the Convention (or Assembly) of Kuçi ("Kuvendi i Kuçit" in Albanian).
This Convention was an interregional (pan-Balkan) assembly that took place from July 14 to 15, 1614, organized by the tribe of Kuçi in the region of Malësia, in the far north of Albania and Montenegro. A 2nd assembly took place on September 8, 1614 which reaffirmed the decisions of the July assembly.
In both assemblies, one of its main organizers was Lala Drekali, chief of the Kuçi tribe, the objective of this assembly being to obtain the help of the papacy and the Duke of Parma in the struggle against Ottoman rule. Although promises were made by European powers, no help arrived ...
