"Covid-19 and us" stamp set on FDC from Kyrgyzstan (KEP)

Série "Le Covid-19 et nous" sur FDC du Kirghizstan (KEP)

Comme tous les pays du monde, le Kirghizstan n'a pas été épargné par la pandémie de Covid-19 qui a débuté en Chine au début de l'année 2020.
Plus de 200000 personnes ont été contaminées dans le pays à ce jour et près de 3000 décès ont été recensés, la campagne de vaccination ayant commencé début avril 2021 à partir de 150000 doses offertes par le gouvernement chinois. 19% de la population est complètement vaccinée.
Comme d'autres administrations postales, la Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP), le 2ème opérateur postal désigné (l'autre étant la poste kirghize) du Kirghizstan, avait déjà mis en circulation, le 30 décembre 2020 un timbre "Stop Covid-19!" sur cette thématique. 
Like almost all countries in the world, Kyrgyzstan was not spared by the Covid-19 pandemic which began in China at the beginning of 2020.
More than 200,000 people have been infected in the country to date and nearly 3,000 deaths have been recorded, the vaccination campaign having started in early April 2021 from 150,000 doses offered by the Chinese government. 19% of the population is fully vaccinated.
Like other postal administrations, the Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP), the 2nd designated postal operator (the other being the Kyrgyz Post) of Kyrgyzstan, had already put into circulation, on December 30, 2020 a stamp "Stop Covid-19!" on this theme.

 

Le 31 décembre 2021, une nouvelle série (2 timbres) a été émise, intitulée "Le Covid-19 et nous" pour rappeler l'impact de cette pandémie dans nos vies.
A travers cette série mettant en scène un jeune garçon et une jeune fille, la KEP rappelle également l'importance de toujours respecter les gestes barrières, en particulier le port du masque.
Le port du masque est devenu une habitude. Parfois, l'utilisation de cette mesure de contrôle sanitaire, aussi paradoxale qu'elle puisse paraître, conduit à certaines situations cocasses. S'étant habitués aux masques et ne les remarquant plus sur leur visage, les gens se comportent parfois comme ils le faisaient dans la vie de tous les jours avant la pandémie. 
Diana Roşcovan, la conceptrice de cette série, a illustré certaines situations de ce genre sur ces 2 timbres, présents sur le joli FDC officiel ci-dessus (tirage : 600) avec TAD (masque) de Bichkek. 
On December 31, 2021, a new series (2 stamps) was issued, entitled "Covid-19 and us" to remind us of the impact of this pandemic in our lives.
Through this series featuring a young boy and a young girl, the KEP also recalls the importance of always respecting barrier gestures, in particular the wearing of a mask.
Wearing a mask has become a habit. Sometimes, the use of this health control measure, as paradoxical as it may seem, leads to some funny situations. Having become accustomed to masks and no longer noticing them on their faces, sometimes people behave as they did in everyday life before the pandemic.
Diana Roşcovan, the designer of this series, illustrated certain situations of this kind on these two stamps, present on the pretty official FDC above (print run: 600) with postmark (mask) from Bishkek. 

 

Ces 2 timbres (150 KGS et 175 KGS) ont été imprimés (par Nova Imprim en Moldavie) chacun en feuillet (ci-dessus) composé de 5 timbres + 1 vignette (tirage : 1400 feuillets pour chaque timbre).
A noter la mention "Merci de porter un masque!" dans les marges de ces feuillets.
Un bloc-feuillet (tirage : 2000) incluant les 2 timbres de cette série, a également été mis en circulation.
These 2 stamps (150 KGS and 175 KGS) have been printed (by Nova Imprim in Moldova) each in sheetlet (above) composed of 5 stamps + 1 label (print run: 1,400 sheetlets for each stamp).
To note the mention "Thank you for wearing a mask!" in the margins of these sheetlets.
A souvenir sheet (print run: 2,000) including the 2 stamps of this series, has also been put into circulation.

 

La KEP a également mis en circulation les 2 jolies cartes maximum ci-dessus (tirage : 400 chacune), numérotées de MC-86 à MC-87, concernant les 2 timbres de cette série.
The KEP also put into circulation the 2 pretty maxicards above (print run: 400 each), numbered from MC-86 to MC-87, concerning the 2 stamps of this series.
