Série "Jubilé d'argent du Raja de Perlis" sur FDC de Malaisie
Le 17 avril 2025, la poste malaisienne a mis en circulation une série (3 timbres) consacrée au 25ème anniversaire de règne (jour pour jour) du Raja (roi) de l'état de Perlis, Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail (né en 1943).
Le Raja de Perlis est le monarque constitutionnel et chef d'état de l'état malaisien de Perlis. La maison royale, connue sous le nom de Maison des Jamalullail, règne sur Perlis depuis 1843. Elle a été fondée en 1843, lors de la formation de l'état de Perlis en monarchie, après que le sultan de Kedah, Ahmad Tajuddin Halim Shah II, eut approuvé la sécession de Perlis de Kedah au profit de la famille Jamalullail.
L'état de Perlis est le plus petit état de la Fédération de Malaisie, situé à l'extrême nord-ouest de la péninsule malaise, à la frontière avec la Thaïlande.
On April 17, 2025, Malaysia Post released a set (3 stamps) dedicated to the 25th anniversary (to the day) of the reign of the Raja (King) of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail (born 1943).
The Raja of Perlis is the constitutional monarch and head of state of the Malaysian state of Perlis. The royal house, known as the House of Jamalullail, has ruled Perlis since 1843. It was founded in 1843, when the state of Perlis was formed as a monarchy, after the Sultan of Kedah, Ahmad Tajuddin Halim Shah II, approved the secession of Perlis from Kedah in favor of the Jamalullail family.
The state of Perlis is the smallest state in the Federation of Malaysia, located in the far northwest of the Malay Peninsula, bordering Thailand.

En octobre 1960, Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail fut nommé Raja Muda (Prince héritier) de Perlis alors qu'il était encore étudiant. Il fut installé comme 7ème souverain de Perlis le 17 avril 2000, au lendemain du décès de son père, Tuanku Syed Harun Putra Jamalullail, Raja depuis 1945 et monarque au règne le plus long du monde à l'époque.
Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail a été élu roi de Malaisie (Yang di-Pertuan Agong) avec un mandat débutant le 13 décembre 2001 (jusqu'au 12 décembre 2006), suite au décès du 11ème Yang di-Pertuan Agong, le sultan Salahuddin de Selangor. À cette époque, il était le dirigeant le plus rapide à devenir le Yang di-Pertuan Agong depuis son accession au trône de son État, en 1 an et 241 jours.

In October 1960, Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail was appointed Raja Muda (Crown Prince) of Perlis while still a student. He was installed as the 7th Ruler of Perlis on April 17, 2000, the day after the death of his father, Tuanku Syed Harun Putra Jamalullail, Raja since 1945 and the world's longest-reigning monarch at the time.
Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail was elected King of Malaysia (Yang di-Pertuan Agong) with a term beginning on December 13, 2001 (until December 12, 2006), following the death of the 11th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Salahuddin of Selangor. At that time, he was the fastest ruler to become the Yang di-Pertuan Agong since his accession to the throne of his state, taking 1 year and 241 days.
