Bloc-feuillet "Forum Dialogue d'Erevan 2025" sur lettre d'Arménie
La 2ème édition du forum "Dialogue d'Erevan" a eu lieu les 26 et 27 mai 2025 à Erevan, organisé par le ministère des affaires étrangères d'Arménie.
L'édition inaugurale du Dialogue d'Erevan, qui s'est tenue l'année dernière, s'est avérée une plateforme précieuse, inclusive et efficace pour relever les principaux défis de notre époque. En 2025, le forum s'est concentré plus en profondeur sur les enjeux mondiaux, notamment l'intensification des tensions géopolitiques, la montée des incertitudes économiques, la perte de biodiversité et les implications transformatrices et complexes de l'IA.
Le Dialogue d'Erevan 2025 a servi de plateforme pour réunir un large éventail de parties prenantes, notamment des décideurs politiques (dont le ministre français des affaires étrangères), des universitaires, la société civile et le secteur privé, afin de discuter et d'élaborer des solutions aux défis mondiaux auxquels nous sommes confrontés aujourd'hui.
Le 26 mai 2025, la poste arménienne a mis en circulation un bloc-feuillet (950 AMD, tirage : 15000, conception : David Dovlatyan) consacré à ce forum "Dialogue d'Erevan 2025", utilisé à droite sur la lettre ci-dessous envoyée en recommandé le 6 juin 2025 depuis Erevan. Merci beaucoup Sedrak !
The second edition of the Yerevan Dialogue forum took place on May 26-27, 2025, in Yerevan, hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
The inaugural edition of the Yerevan Dialogue, held last year, proved to be a valuable, inclusive, and effective platform for addressing the major challenges of our time. In 2025, the forum focused more in-depth on global issues, including escalating geopolitical tensions, rising economic uncertainties, biodiversity loss, and the transformative and complex implications of AI.
The Yerevan Dialogue 2025 served as a platform to bring together a wide range of stakeholders, including policymakers (including the French Minister of Foreign Affairs), academics, civil society, and the private sector, to discuss and develop solutions to the global challenges we face today.
On May 26, 2025, the Armenian Post issued a souvenir sheet (950 AMD, print run: 15,000, design: David Dovlatyan) dedicated to this "Yerevan Dialogue 2025" forum, used on the right on the cover below sent by registered mail on June 6, 2025 from Yerevan. Thank you very much, Sedrak!
Le timbre de ce bloc-feuillet représente le sommet du monument situé à Erevan, conçu par Jim Torosyan et Sargis Gurzadyan, semblable aux tours typiques de la période du Royaume d'Urartu (vers 800 avant J.-C.). Au centre, une feuille d'érable symbolise l'Arbre de Vie. Le logo du Dialogue d'Erevan figure également sur le timbre.
Des monuments d'Erevan figurent dans la marge inférieure : le bâtiment "Matenadaran" de l'Institut Mesrop Machtots des manuscrits anciens, la statue de la "Mère Arménie", le bâtiment du Théâtre national académique d'opéra et de ballet "A. Spendiaryan" et le monument à David de Sassoun.
Les 2 autres timbres se-tenant à gauche (160 et 170 AMD, conception : Vahagn Mkrtchyan), émis le 30 novembre 2018, évoquent le Prix d'état de la République d'Arménie pour la contribution mondiale à l'humanité grâce aux technologies de l'information, un Prix créé en 2009 par décret du président de la République, Serge Sarkissian.
Ce prix est décerné chaque année à une personnalité influente ayant réalisé des investissements exceptionnels dans le secteur mondial des technologies de l'information, ayant eu ou étant susceptibles d'avoir un impact positif sur l'humanité (le scientifique japonais Yoshiaki Hagiwara a été récompensé en 2025).
Ce prix consiste en une médaille d'or sertie de diamants, un diplôme et un trophée symbolisant l'Arménie et les hautes technologies, illustrés sur ces 2 timbres.
The stamp on this souvenir sheet depicts the top of the monument in Yerevan, designed by Jim Torosyan and Sargis Gurzadyan, similar to the typical towers of the Urartu period (circa 800 BC). In the center, a maple leaf symbolizes the Tree of Life. The Yerevan Dialogue logo also appears on the stamp.
The bottom margin depicts Yerevan landmarks: the "Matenadaran" building of the Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, the "Mother Armenia" statue, the building of the "A. Spendiaryan" State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, and the monument to David of Sassoun.
The other two se-tenant stamps to the left (160 and 170 AMD, design: Vahagn Mkrtchyan), issued on November 30, 2018, feature the State Award of the Republic of Armenia for the global contribution to humanity through information technology, an award established in 2009 by decree of President Serzh Sargsyan.
This award is presented annually to an influential individual who has made outstanding investments in the global information technology sector, having had or is likely to have a positive impact on humanity (Japanese scientist Yoshiaki Hagiwara was awarded in 2025).
This award consists of a gold medal set with diamonds, a diploma, and a trophy symbolizing Armenia and high technology, illustrated on these two stamps.
