Timbres "27ème sommet ibéro-américain" sur lettre d'Andorre (poste espagnole)
La principauté d'Andorre devait accueillir, pour la 1ère fois, le 27ème sommet ibéro-américain, en novembre 2020, mais à cause de la pandémie mondiale, ce sommet devrait finalement être organisé le 22 avril 2021.
La poste espagnole en Andorre avait toutefois émis, le 11 février 2020, un timbre spécial (0,75€, tirage : 60000) consacré à ce sommet ibéro-américain, probablement la plus grande manifestation internationale jamais organisée par la principauté d'Andorre.
Ce timbre de grand format (57,6 x 40,9 mm) figure en 2 exemplaires sur la lettre ci-dessous envoyée le 7 août 2020 depuis la capitale, Andorra la Vella.
Ce timbre représente le logo officiel de ce sommet ainsi que son intitulé (en espagnol et catalan) ainsi que des paysages de montagne caractéristique d'Andorre et l'église romane Santa Coloma, la plus ancienne du pays.
The Principality of Andorra was to host, for the first time, the 27th Ibero-American Summit, in November 2020, but because of the global pandemic, this summit should finally be organized on April 22, 2021.
However, on February 11, 2020, the Spanish Post in Andorra issued a special stamp (€ 0.75, print run: 60,000) dedicated to this Ibero-American Summit, probably the largest international event ever organized by the Principality of Andorra.
This large format stamp (57.6 x 40.9 mm) is present in two copies on the cover below sent on August 7, 2020 from the capital, Andorra la Vella.
This stamp represents the official logo of this summit as well as its title (in Spanish and Catalan) as well as mountain landscapes characteristic of Andorra and the Romanesque church of Santa Coloma, the oldest in the country.
Les Sommets ibéro-américains des chefs d'État et de gouvernement ("Cumbres Iberoamericanas de Jefes de Estado y de Gobierno") sont des réunions organisées depuis 1991, rassemblant la plupart des chefs d'État d'Amérique latine et de la péninsule Ibérique, pays qui ont un héritage culturel en commun, notamment linguistique.
19 chefs d'état de pays d'Amérique latine, ainsi que ceux de l'Espagne, du Portugal et de l'Andorre sont attendus en Andorre en avril 2021.
Ce 27ème sommet aura pour thématique principale "Innovation pour le développement durable - Objectif 2030", afin d'encourager l'innovation au sein de la communauté ibéro-américaine dans le cadre des Objectifs de développement durable à l'horizon 2030, d'un point de vue social, culturel, éducatif, environnemental et économique.
La principauté d’Andorre a signé le traité constitutionnel du Secrétariat général ibéro-américain en 2005 donc ce sommet devait coïncider avec la célébration du 15ème anniversaire de sa participation active au sein de cet organe.
Ibero-American Summits of Heads of State and Government ("Cumbres Iberoamericanas de Jefes de Estado y de Gobierno") are meetings organized since 1991, bringing together most of the heads of state of Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula, countries which have a common cultural heritage, notably linguistic.
19 heads of state of Latin American countries, as well as those of Spain, Portugal and Andorra are expected in Andorra in April 2021.
The main theme of this 27th Summit will be "Innovation for sustainable development - 2030 Goal", in order to encourage innovation within the Ibero-American community to meet the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, from a social, cultural, educational, environmental and economic point of view.
The Principality of Andorra signed the Constitutional Treaty of the Ibero-American General Secretariat in 2005, so this summit was to coincide with the celebration of the 15th anniversary of Andorra's active participation in this body.
